We visited this place for dinner as it was recommended by my in-laws. There were some things that were just okay but overall it was good. I got my kids a side of french fries and you could definitely tell this restaurant was not known for fries. But overall they were good. I got the Bolognese and honestly the noodles were kind of bland. It was the meat sauce that really made me like it. We got an appetizer of meatballs; four meatballs for $18. That is pretty high not gonna lie for meatballs. Again the sauce on the meatballs and the cheese was good but the meatballs themselves were kind of lukewarm. We decided to go with the lava cake as dessert and it was very small for the price And the cake itself was not good. I loved the atmosphere and the fireplace in the restaurant. We’ll probably go back & I’ll try something else.

Great atmosphere, but not worth the price. I will go easy on the servers because I was in a rather large group during a busy evening. I would have overlooked the server forgetting my appetizer if they had not followed up by burning my pizza then giving me a replacement 45 minutes later. The dishes were fine, but at this price I could have gone elsewhere at a much lower price. If I had to do it again I would have skipped the main course and had the dessert with some wine.

I feel the difference in service from 2 years before and today. It seems they have come a long way. We arrived with a party of 8 on a Friday night without reservations but we're being seated within 10 mins. It was worth it.

Facci has an eggplant parm that is prepared exceptionally & welcoming staff.
I placed a carryout order over the phone. We ordered a couple of entrees and dessert. My son likes bread so I asked them for some bread. When I went to pick up the order and saw the bill, they wanted $9 for a few slices of bread. The host said that the managers make them charge for all bread with orders. I asked for the bread to be removed. The host said he had to get the manager to remove the bread from the order. Up to that point, everything was fine. However, when the manager came to the front counter, the attitude was rude. He had a "don't care" demeanor and he said, "it's what we charge for bread". That type of customer service and attitude is why I will never return to this restaurant.

The place is really nice, and got much better since last time we were there. The bar area is cool and has many varieties of drinks.The appetizers and food were good. I totally recommend this restaurant.
The service was prompt and welcoming. The calamari was the highlight for me. Definitely recommend it. Pretty chill, great calamari and attentive service.

We Absolutely love this place..the food is top notch ..always delicious and fresh…The personnel are delightful and welcoming..Our favorite is Michael..He’s caring, funny and always has great appetizer and entree suggestionsOne of the favorites is the seafood pasta..( made by hand on site)with the Louisiana Creole sauce ..The new adjacent addition is romantic and swanky….On Wednesday nites they have an Andrea Bocelli - Bruno Mars Duet…Last but not least is the owner “Gino”..he pays special attention to all his guests with a standout “Italian flare” Don’t miss this dining experience!
