One word.. AMAZING! This is the most flavorful food that I have ever had and me and my husband travel to restaurants all over! The food was seasoned with various spices perfectly! I ordered the butter chicken, rice, garlic naan, American cheeseburger, onion rings and a milkshake. EVERYTHING DELICIOUS! After reading so many reviews I wanted to give Fire and Spice a try so I ordered a variety of items. The lady who took my order was very kind. I really hope more people discover this local gem!

I did not know what Halal meant until now. I thought that I was somewhat familiar with Indian cuisine but I now think I was familiar only with southern Indian cuisine. I enjoyed everything we got here. The butter chicken was outstanding, as was the spinach (Aloo Palak). I did not care for the Beef Nihari. I am not sure what was in the dish in terms of seasoning (cumin?) but I did not care for it. The Naan bread and the rice were very large servings and very good. One serving of each item literally was good for several meals for us and it was delicious. I was glad we got dinner here!

On Thursday 14, Sept 2023, I stopped at Fire ‘n’ Spice for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent meal I received. I ordered the Shish Kabab, which came with a salad, Chickpeas and Garlic Naan bread. The meal was incredible. Everything was prepared fresh, and the Chickpeas were bursting with flavor, much so that with each bite I took it put a big smile on my face. My casher Aaliya took the time to explain the various dishes to me, where the selection I made was well worth the wait. If you have never been to the Fire ‘n’ Spice restaurant, I would recommend you try it for authentic Mediterranean cuisine. Thank you Aaliya.

Wow!Amazing food, good service, the place is so clean. This is a hidden gem in Laurel.We ordered the beef kabob and chicken butter and with large amount of portions we could not finish it. Even the kids burger meals are huge…best kabob i have ever tried. So many drink choices too. They even have some kind of ice cream sticks with different fruit flavors.They also serve steaks ans peri peri chicken portuguese style and tacos too..Love the spices and million flavors melting in your mouth..Definitely order spicy..mmmmm?????..We will be coming back for more and eill tell our friends and family about it..?? Okay after 3 months we came back and did order to go and oh my goodness that flavor is the best ever..try lamb sheekh kabob it is the best, the falafel too looks awesome my wife did not share with me but she finished it she hid away from me.?.the kids loved the butter chicken and lamb kabob too..they like spicy foods it was fun eating dinner from fire and spice..we had a lot of milk to fight the spiciness but yesss the food was amazing and delicious..wowwww !!!

For Desi food the spices are more of indian than Pakistani. The food is spicy even for mild options. The subs and burgers were really good. Service was good. Lamb karahi was good but spicy. We did not liked their kabobs. You will like biryani if you like indian recipes. Bread was good as well.
