I went to this location last week.My partner and I became sick. We noticed our Chicken Parmesan meatball subs were cold and cheese was stale. They even made the wrong size. It seemed like they gave me someone else’s food that was sitting there. I contacted the store directly to find a resolution. I wasn’t even offered a refund. They offered to replace my orders including an upsize for the inconvenience. I hesitantly agreed. I even asked if the food would be made properly and they promised it would be. I try to return today, I text the “owner” of this location and he says he will no longer what was promised. I got sick, my order was incorrect and the owner who promised to speak to me in a couple of minutes took a week to call. Now that I’m texting them to let them know I was heading to the store as they instructed me - is no longer honoring it. I will be contacting cooperate. It’s upsetting to know the dishonest character who runs this place. No care whatsoever for a customer who becomes sick. The fact I wasn’t offered a refund is beyond me.EDIT: came by to the store to get my order, what I paid was not even replaced… look at the bathroom. No wonder I got sick.EDIT #2: He initially told me he didn’t want to give me anything then he said he would if I deleted this review. I’m definitely not deleting it. You should be ashamed of yourself. The manager begged me to delete this or Mr “P” would fire him. If that manager gets fired, you know the kind of ownership this place has. FYI Firehouse Subs cooperate! Please ask the owner of this location to show you footage from 7pm-8:30pm. That is the time window I was there so you can see how they treated me. You shouldn’t have someone like that running your franchise. Thank you! There are three witnesses who saw everything aside from the employees.EDIT #3 - the manager gave me the food and begged me to delete it. I’m not doing that. The food was STALE since you decided to withhold it. I’ll never eat at this firehouse subs again.

We made a quick stop for a steak and cheese. I will remain neutral on service and atmosphere as we ordered and left. The food was pretty good. The sandwich was hot, moist and surprisingly tasty. The bread was different and very good. For a quick stop, it was very pleasant. We will return and check consistency.

Asked for my bread toasted and they didn’t, causing bread to be soggy.
I was hoping to have a good experience at this location as I have always had a great experience at others. I had an offer code that required me to order through the app, however it kept showing up as expired. Myself and one other inside of the store were having the same issue and when speaking with the store manager, Bripesh he said that there was nothing he could do and found it unfair for him to have to accommodate. Despite this situation being out of our control as customers. Some way to run a business huh? Needless to say, I love Firehouse Subs but I will not be returning to this location due to the poor customer service and lack of accommodation.

This Firehouse Subs gets my vote for “Most Improved Player” in Laurel. The food is delicious, the service is great, and the staff is very friendly. It’s overall one of the best values in town and has more variety than most sub shops.If you’re tired and just want something fast and delicious for dinner that’s not fast food, this Firehouse Subs has you covered.Our favorites are the Italian (served hot), the New York Steamer, the Meatball, and the Cajun Chicken. These get supplemented by monthly specials, such as the Prime Rib Steak and Cheese, the Pepperoni Meatball, or the Pork and Slaw. And, miracle of miracles, their Coke 100®️ machine actually works!Decades ago, Lee Iacocca said, “The speed of the leader is the speed of the team.” This store is living proof. New management has breathed life into a great concept. The original franchise owner was terrible, but since June 2022, the new owner has made quality and service the priorities. He is often in the store doing his computer work or training staff himself, and stepping behind the counter when needed.This has become one of our go-to places. Highly recommended.
