The fries were good, warm and salty. The peanut butter milkshake was also good, though paper straws aren’t the best. My main complaint is that the system to order ahead is not very efficient. I always end up waiting anyway. If you’re in a rush, it won’t save you any time, so keep that in mind.

This is going to be a different review. I came in there this evening on 1/16/24 around 7 something in the evening to order a milkshake and use the restroom. It was a young (Im guessing Hispanic woman) and a guy working there and it was empty. When I went to order the milkshake she rudely busted out laughing in my face and unprovoked. I am not feeling well, my hair needs to be done and I didn't look my best and for her to do that was completely disrespectful, hurtful and RUDE. Truth is, she doesn't know what I am going through. None of us knows what any of us is going through and it pays to be kind. Not to get into my life story but I suffer at times with low self esteem and it did not make me feel good. I comforted her about it and she still has a slight smirk on her face and dryly apologized. Whoever the owner is needs to make sure their employees are not being disrespectful to paying customers.

Excellent customer service and pretty quick compared to other Five Guys I've been to. They loaded the bag with fries on top of the cup, which is great. The burger was perfectly cooked and very juicy. All the topping tasted fresh and were the perfect amount. Also, love the huge variety of soft drinks available in the drink machine. A+ from me!

Food was fresh, hit and ready for pickup when I arrived. Staff was welcoming and acknowledged me walking in. They were busy, but they made sure I knew they saw me and would be with me shortly.

The worst service ever! I wish the manager would speak to me! They gave me cold burgers, put fries in all of the these bags for door dash, the driver's aren't even there. Then gave fries to two customers dinning in first. I placed my order online 35 minutes. Ago. They said the other customers were first. Idk how so?!. Then he said, "I can give you your order with no fries". I politely asked if I could get fries. I then asked if I could get a refund for the fries. He said no. So I waited another 5 minutes for fresh fries. When I left, all the door dash orders were still sitting there. I'll drive extra to go to a better establishment.
I had a little bacon cheese burger w/ fried onions and it was beyond delicious . Burgers are always good here . The service is good , although the wait for the burgers can be longer then expected . The establishment is always clean and well kept .

The fries were good and plentiful. Paid 40.00 for flavorless burgers, added bacon and it was equivalent to adding bacon bits, the shake was comparable to warm vomit. Nuff said. Never again. This is the second time the shake was not cold or solid.

My experience has been good since about the summer of 2021. Before then the place was very I kept and the service overall was subpar. But I enjoy the food and the improved aesthetics of the place. I'm no longer disappointed! Good job to the management and the new staff!??

UPDATE: I just showed up to Five Guys at 12:08pm on March 2nd, 2022 and the doors were locked. I could see one employee inside. The place is supposed to be open at 11am.

Order bacon cheese burger, NO mushrooms and when I bit into it there was mushrooms and mushrooms make me sick, this is not the first time they messed up my order! No going to this location anymore!!!!!
