Horrible. The chicken fried rice had chicken that was added to the rice separately and the chicken tastes like it was boiled then shredded. The beef & broccoli did not taste like beef at all. It was just bad and tasted spoiled. I removed and threw away the meat. I ate most of the rice and broccoli because I was hungry. I don't usually go here but my regular Chinese restaurant is closed on Tuesdays. I go to Mandarin House. The food is always really good, fresh and cooked properly.My entire office eats at Mandarin House.

I got my usual. Pepper steak & onions and chicken & broccoli. With the lunch menu you can add an egg roll for $.50. My total bill was $19. Service was fast and my food was fresh and delicious. No place for seating.

Hunan China is the best take out Chinese restaurant I ever been to. The food is delicious. I ordered steak egg rolls, orange chicken, vegetable fried rice and wonton soup. The food wasn't burn, vegetable fried rice had lots of different kinds of vegetables and the orange chicken was soft and juicy. When i'm in the area again I will stop by and order again.

First - the food is bomb. If you gather nothing else from my review please know that it is DELICIOUS. I’ve lived in the area for some years now - and I’ve never once had a delay in my order (more often than not it’s ready before the time they initially give me). Beyond that - the food comes out piping hot and fresh and y’all it really is delicious. On my latest excursion to this establishment I ordered sesame chicken and pork fried rice and ALL WHITE MEAT plus perfectly seasoned fried rice? Like come on lol they are really amazing. So please give them a shot and take the negative reviews with a grain of salt - I’ve noticed a lot of folks leaving negative reviews have had issues with timeliness and other situations that honestly have nothing to do with the food. And don’t come even slightly close to the majority of experiences listed. So, because I really love this place - I wanted to chime in! Come through and let them bless you!

The food was cooked in record time while I waited. The dishes I ordered- General Tso Shrimp: not crispy, soggy and the sauce used was the sweet and sour sauce- terrible. The Black Pepper Pork was Pepper Steak with Pork meat- terrible. The Shrimp Toast was a Pork mixture paste to pass for a Shrimp mixture paste. The Egg Rolls- ok filing but the shell wrapping was very thin like skimmed using very thin shell paper. The environment- there was too much yelling and arguing in the restaurant and back in the kitchen. We will not be going back and there are too many other Chinese restaurants that make high-quality food in the area. This is a very low quality level of Chinese food. Rating 3 thumbs down!! Please read this review. It is honest and authentic. Thank you.

I called just before 5:00 on Christmas eve. I asked if I could order now but for a 6:30 pick up. I explained I was going to church services and wanted to pick the order up later. I clearly asked if that would be an issue and was told no. When I finished the order the women said it would be ready in about 20 minutes so I repeated if it could be be for 6:30 and she said yes yes. I arrived at 6:35 and had to wait about 10 minutes to get to the cashier. The orders were sitting on a table..no heat on them. When I got to the front I asked if my order was sitting for 1 1/2 hours..they looked at me and said I could feel if warm enough. The women that took the order lied and said I just thought you asked if it would be ready by 6:30. A man said we have no way to time orders. I said I could have been told since I asked. While I was talking to him I could see a women grab my order and throw the sweet and sour back into the frying greese. I assume she warmed the diet chicken and veggies. They gave the reheated food back. I took it and graciously tipped and gave some chocolates our church had to hand people working on Christmas Eve. The health department should probably shut the place down! The food was not good either.

Great restaurant and the price is more than reasonable! Service was great and food was ready quickly! Our kids loved their beef with green beans as well as seafood with crispy noodles. We would definitely come back anytime for a quick Friday dinner. Highly recommended!
