First to this location I ordered a giant sandwich club told lady what I wanted on my sandwich asked for OIL and she puts vinegar on my sandwich I don't like vinegar on my food need to do better at listening and not rushing when no one else was in̈ there I don't like doing. I ordered online for delivery and every time my order arrives it's missing something or an incorrect order. I ordered today and did not receive cookies. The last time I ordered a #55 chicken cheese in a tub as I don't eat beef. I received a regular cheese steak. That order was also missing chips and a drink for my coworker. I call to let them know my order is incomplete and no one ever answers. My bags are always still sealed so I know the dasher has not tampered with it.

I agree with another reviewer that the staff is very rude when it's near closing time. I went in to order about 8:30. No one greeted me or acknowledged me. I waited several minutes before I could place my order and was told I couldn't order a mini. I asked if they could just cut the regular down and was told no. I got the impression that the fewer customers the better. And they were totally unbothered that I walked out. There are too many other food choices to put up with this poor customer service. Employee retraining is badly needed here.

For 22.00 us dollars they sold me the wrong sandwich.... I ordered an Italian Mike's way and they sold me a steak a d cheese..with relish.. omg..Feel free to refund my 22

I ordered online and when I got there, there were about 5 people waiting for online orders and 3 waiting at the register. They were EXTREMELY slow, and my pick up time came and went by and didn’t get my food until 10 minutes later. When it was ready the bag had 1 sandwich when I ordered 2! What if I had walked out and not seen that? Then I get to the car to eat and my sandwich is missing banana peppers, so I had to go back in and ask for them on the side. The staff seem like they have NO clue what they’re doing. Will never go back to this location. Undercover Boss needs to come here and observe!

Jersey Mike's is always a solid option! I have been many of their locations and they all are consistently good. The ingredients are fresh, sandwiches are made promptly, and I simply like what they have to offer

I've been eating subs from Jersey Mikes for almost 20 years, and the sub I just got at the Eagle Mountain Utah store was awesome. I rarely leave reviews, but felt I needed to praise this shop out here for a really great sandwich.

This PLACE IS THE WORST they have THE WORST EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE I went to go pick up my order my order was sitting in the counter and the manager claimed she was almost done with my order a young man told her to give me my food since it was done manager started talking in Spanish laughing and threw my food on the counter. These employees are unprofessional and need more training or hire a new staff

Bro how do you guys mess up every time. I ordered twice from this place in one day and messed up both ordered of mine. I got two subs and both were messed up the first time. So I went back and wanted to try and get another one because Yk it's not the same. And yet again they messed it up again. What is so hard about your job that you simply cannot make a simple sandwich correctly. The subs are good when made correctly.

I just had a Chicken Philly from the Bowie location which was horrible! The teenager cook with the blue and pink hair was talking so much that she didn't let the onions and green peppers cook well and the guy in the back put so much mayonnaise on it that you could not see the chicken nor the lettuce and tomatoes. It was just a glob! There was nothing but teenagers working there today and I will never go there again on the weekends.
