It is 8:57pm on a Tuesday. I drove all the way to this location. Arrive at 8:54pm, they are saying they are closed. There are 2 workers inside but they closed their doors early. Very disappointing. This is not the first time either. It is standard to close the doors before closing time?

Ordered through doordash. Heard nothing from them for an hour. I had to call them to find out they were closed and my money was never refunded.

They don't deliver to an area that's 2.2 miles away.... pathetic... food is not that good not worth picking up and going out of the way... should deliver to more areas

Typical Jimmy Johns but I guess with not properly trained staff. I was actually told that they could not place additional condiments onto my single sandwich since they were running a special. I asked twice but was turned down twice. You can not fix stupid but management needs to train better. -- I was literally the only one in the place since Covid restrictions. If you can't fill customers requests, why try to be in the service industry.

The manager here is unprofessional, made racists remarks, and unhygienic. They do not honor promotions and coupons. They will get into a shouting match with you over the promotions and then not honor it and make fun of you because of the color of your skin. When asked what his name is, the manager refused to give his name and just laughed in our faces with his mask down. Pretty sure this not how you talk to your customers.

Surly service without a smile. - I am check #25 on 1/12/21. I was told that my order could only be partially filled since the store was running a 'special'. I asked twice and was rebuffed twice. Not enough time to fill a customers order?! That is ludicrous and bad business to say the least. To further embarrass the bad asset behind the counter, I was the only person in line or ordering. Management needs to spend more time training the folks on their team and let them know the purpose for them being behind the counter. Can't be pleasant, lose customers, can't fulfill an order, lose customers, can't accept requests for sandwich to be cut in half, lose customers. Take your chances with this group. I am off to Jersey Mikes.
