Went here for my sister's birthday with some friends, and a rat/mouse crawled across multiple guests' feet. I'm no better than the establishment, but I didn't leave, nor was I approached by anyone of management offering an apology for what we just witnessed. The server was also unprofessional while doubling down, saying that it was indeed a rat/mouse calling the place dirty. I won't be back. The food was alright.

DONT EAT HERE!!!!!I had food poisoning from them had to take multiple doctors visits to the urgent care missing days out of work I called up there the owner said he was going to call me back never did some random lady called me for insurance gave her all my info never gave me a call back spent over $100 for this place poor customer service for a owner to never return ur call Terrible save u a couple trip to the urgent care!!!!!!!

First time at the restaurant, ordered carryout. The food was cooked very well and was delicious. A few complaints, though. I ordered hibachi and sushi. They were packed in the same bag. In fact, the sushi was surrounded by hot food above, below, and to the side of it. I ordered the scallops, and one of them had a chunk of shell that almost broke my tooth. (Although I'm sure that's more to do with the food distributor). Finally, the portion size of the hibachi dinner was a bit small.

Devon was the nicest and best waitress we ever had. My family and I often go to Kabu because we like the food. This time not only was the food good are waitress Devon was so wonderful. She was kind, nice and showed great patience. We came on a Monday so there weren’t a lot of chefs for Hibachi. There was a wait but she checked in to keep us updated. We didn’t mind waiting because of her. The chef we had that night was also wonderful. I almost didn’t come back to Kabu because the last waitress I had wasn’t nice. If you are looking for a nice waitress ask for Devon.Kid-friendliness: I like how the chef engages my sons and Devon was sweet enough to get them some child chopsticks.
Our chef was awesome! He was great with including the kids in the show and the food was awesome! Great portion sizes too, so expect to bring home leftovers.

We were pleasantly surprised upon entering this place and seeing it crowded during happy hour. The drinks were reasonable and good. We decided to enjoy hibachi while we were there, and it was great. Our cook was great and courteous. The filet mignon was tender and cooked just like I liked it. The scallops were huge!We are definitely going back.Kid-friendliness: Great entertainment for the kids.
