Everyone I encountered at this establishment was very nice. Especially the young lady that works in the freezing apartment. She was very very very very very sweet! This facility is very huge so there will not be any problems with you backing into your assigned dock.
3 stars only because my trailer was ready. But the clerks when you check-in a different story. No greeting their phones are more important than us checking in. I came in and signed in. I took a seat as the sign says. Soon as I sat the young boy signals me to come backup, I shouldn't have sat down but that phone was errythang, smh. The other young man was more welcoming. Plenty of space to dock. Oh and No overnight parking unless you are waiting on them but after they are done...read full review

Came in a day early hoping to get loaded early. Was told they were running behing ti come back at 4amGot here at 3:30 am chked in for 6am appt...I'm still sitting waiting for dock.
