The new menu is not for everyone. I prefer the old menu. Unfortunately, they discontinued everything I used to get from them. They're now similar to Subway and Firehouse. What made them stand out was they had the warm bowls. Since they took that away, I really don't see the point in going there.

After a few times of trying this place and being really disappointed of the quality of the food I finally decided it was time to write a review. The location is nice with plenty of parking in the corner of a shopping center. The atmosphere is okay and it was generally clean and the staff was friendly. I order at the counter to-go for myself and picked up an order for a friend. When the cashier saw me get my order and still standing there she was attentive and provided an update on my friend’s food. But yall the food is just making me mad at this point. The quality of the food is subpar and it’s consistently smooshed, rushed, practically incomplete and overall unappetizing. I ordered the Southwest Chicken melt. I know food will almost never look as advertised but there should be some resemblance. The wait for the food was pretty long, which I wouldn’t have minded if the sandwich was assembled properly. The pictures shown was my last straw with this location, like c’mon.

I come to this Panera all the time and I have never seen such unprofessional behavior from a manage. Caucasian female, pregnant in her Panera uniform, at work, Guess her boyfriend or significant other was visiting her at work and they sat in the back corner at the rear of the store where I just so happened to be studying at one of the tables…. With several other customers in that back area of the store. She would lean over the guy who was seating to kiss and fondle in the store, several times. Then when he eventually got up to leave they went to the soda machine where he refilled his cup and the proceeded to kiss and carrying on a bit more and he is grabbing her buttocks and laughing etc. what’s unfortunate is sometimes I bring my children here to have lunch and this is not what I’ll want for them to see while we eat. Luckily I was alone today. But she needs some training on how to be professional and behave.

Plenty of seating, great food, and service. The menu can be confusing, but we pulled it up in the app on our phone to get a better idea of what was offered. The staff is very friendly and helpful and was able to answer any questions we had. I'd definitely recommend this location to anyone who is interested!
