Presentation is good. The pizza is just dry when you bite into it...barely any pizza sauce.

I ordered delivery for me and my son around 8:45 with an ETD of 9:40 - 9:50. Our delivery came at 10:45. Not only was the pizza cold and not what I ordered (we got thin crust, not original crust) I had to tell the delivery driver the 2-litre he claimed I didn't order was sitting on the seat of his car and I could see it because he left the door open. Then he had the nerve to get an attitude with me because I told him he needed to get it and bring it to my door!I called the store but never got transferred to the manager on duty...just kept getting hung up on.Lesson: It cost me about $40 to know I won't ever order Papa Johns again!

This Papa Johns is very busy during peak times. Best to order in the app then pick up in-store. They consistently get our order correct and have it boxed when we arrived. Staff are busy, but will take a quick break to hand your pizza to you. Good but busy location.

Ordered here a couple days ago and the pizza was very cold I got delivery and I asked for extra sauce and there was no extra sauce I also asked for well done and nothing was well done tasted cold and rushed. It must be the location because I never had this problemBefore. Train the staff better

Never ordering here again. Ordered at 7pm, it said it would be ready at 730pm, I go in at 730pm and wait for 50min!! With 20 other people, might I add, only to be given the wrong order!!! but guess what.. I'm keeping it bc who the h*** is going to go back in there only to wait even longer smh so now I have paid $20 for a cheese pizza when it was supposed to be 3 toppings. They clearly do not have the capacity or capability to take the amount of orders that they are taking on a Friday night and someone somewhere needs to get sense enough to cut orders off at a certain time or until you get them correct if you're not going to be efficient enough to handle such a large ordering volume. Just ridiculous. This location is 2 min from my house but I will now drive 10-15min just to avoid this location if I have to. Save your time, MONEY, and a headache.

Door dash driver delivered to the wrong address. Called the store and the associate fixed the issue which is why service received 3 stars. However my new order looked like it was slung around in the driver’s trunk. Last time ordering from this location.

If you’re willing to wait at least an hour for your food (i waited 1.5 hrs for a medium cheese pizza and boneless wings) then order from this location. i went into the store a little over an hr after i ordered and asked for an update since the phone number is automated and they were nice workers but told me they just put it in the oven and it wouldn’t be ready for another 10-15 minutes. I love papa john’s don’t get me wrong… i just don’t like waiting this long when they say it’ll be ready in ~20 mins.Parking: Parking sucked. small parking lot for several stores (strip mall) and i had to park at the end of the strip mall and walk to papa johns
