Disappointing customer service: The cashier, preoccupied with her phone, mishandled my order and responded rudely. This is the worst service I've encountered among numerous pho restaurants in the US. Usually, customer service at pho places is excellent, but my experience here was regrettable, and I won't return.

The worst PHO I have ever had!!! The broth had a very suspicious gamy smell. The noodles were hard and broken into small pieces. The summer rolls were terrible!!! I never thought anyone could mess summer rolls. The place is not crowded, which may explain how terrible it is! The service is horrible!! It is as if the gentleman was not happy for us to ask for a little more time to make selections. If you know PHO, you will agree this is not PHO.Parking: Plenty of parking spaces available

Tasty fresh homemade dumplings ? and spring rolls. This is a nice spot for fresh hot food! It’s good vibes and the owner is super nice and never rushes the food!! Wowwww the smoothies is amazing !!!! 5/5 I can’t wait to try all of the flavors

Pho 89 has wonderful food and kind, efficient service. The pho broth is the tastiest I've ever had. The portions are large, whether dining in or picking up. The people that work there are always welcoming, and are quick to remember a familiar face. Overall, give them a shot, it's worth it.

I got the Pho and the grilled pork which were great! It was kind of cold in there and GF got the shrimp dish and had intestinal issues the next day. I will return without her since she will not revisit.
