I usually love Popeyes, unfortunately, not this time. Chicken was over cooked and dried out. Couldn't finish meal. Coleslaw was too thick. Mashed potatoes were good and tasty. Customer service was great.
We had the new wings the Garlic Parmesan first of all I didn't expect it to just be poured in top of the wings or should I say a hit and miss on top of the wings and I also didn't expect them to be so spicy that they were unable to be eaten I purchased that flavor because it wasn't a spicy flavor but boy was I wrong they should inform you that they are that spicy so those of us that don't know will be aware of this thanks for making me very ill and wasting my money

I generally enjoy Popeyes chicken from DC to Detroit, but I ordered a box and was given some undersized pieces of chicken, which didn't make me feel good. Normally, another piece would be added to make up for the deficiency. I will be back, but I'm not happy about this experience.
