This location was packed with customers and only 1 cashier. The line eventually moved fast. After adding a 2nd cashier, the main cashier was not top pleasant. She was rude but she def needed to walk away from the register. My order was fine, no hiccups. The place was very clean and I would go back, but would wait the wait to have a more pleasant cashier.

Went through the drive thru. Person at window signal me with her hand to stay back away from the window. I sat there for over five minutes when I finally moved up. I asked her why I need to stay back and she said it was because they were preparing her meal and the manager said nobody could sit at the window.no other explanation given. Thought it was odd and not very good. Customer service.

Of Allll my years of going to Popeyes, this location BY FAR, has the friendliest staff. The location is clean, the employees are nice, professional and courteous. The female manager, (young woman, with braids), is kind to both, the customers and her employees. I usually hear argiung, attitude, and get slow service. The food was fresh, and anytime you ask for fresh food, they provide is without the back and forth banter. I've been to Popeyes in more than 10 different states. This location takes the win, and defies the sterotypical assumptions associated with the brand.

Food was great though the apple pie wasn't as warm as I'd like. The staff were very friendly. The drive thru though it's a narrow ramp with a curve at the exit that my car barely fit through so if you have a truck, I'd park and walk in.

If I was on an oxygen tank, I'd be upset I wasted my breath asking--- Refer to the photo if you wanna know what the blackened chicken sandwich looks like when you ask for extra pickles. I had to reheat my sandwich so the bread wouldn't be so hard too.Tasty as hell though!

The service here has gone down tremendously. I pull up to the drive through and NO cars are waiting behind me so I look to see what deals maybe on the app. The young lady kept asking, may I help you, I told her to hold on. She kept rushing, I said, hold on. Then when I said “hello”, she said, you ready now but in a tone as if she’s irritated. I then get to the window and she’s speaking fast and I’m reaching for my card so I couldn’t hear her. I ask her what did you say, she closes the window and call her manager. I asked, “why did she call you?”. Manager says, “if she feels something isn’t right she can call me”. I said, “all I said was I couldn’t hear her”. The young lady has an attitude problem and needs to be retrained. Better yet they all need to be retrained or just don’t come here at all.

Place is terrible. Ask for butter with my biscuits and manger says they don't get butter no more. Ordered butterfly shrimp got home gave me popcorn shrimp.2 thighs were smaller then a wing together.store dirtier then anyone I been too. NWEDS HELP
