I went to the restaurant on Good Friday for pickup and I really enjoyed their food: from catfish to whiting to po' boy. It was crowded and service was stretched thin, but they delivered my food and got my order right. I tried out their different sauces and cheesecake and they were both amazing. I look to come there next time.

Don't waste your time if you want a seafood boil cause it all depends on when you go. I was taken aback when my server asked if I was upset, having a bad day or she did something to me. Then, when my food came, I received only 2 clusters for a lb when previously I received more. I been going for the last month at least once a week. All other times where great. Now I'm going to just venture to Bowie and give Crafty Crab my business. It's unfortunate cause this place is closer to me. I received less of everything....the mussels were much less as well. I should have gotten up when she asked me that in the beginning. I just had my mind on what I wanted. All I did was come in and said should I seat myself as I seated myself all other times and no problem. No attitude. I wasn't even rude. I just wanted to eat and go. I was out in 40 min. Well.... you can try it if you like. I'd only want certain ppl to serve me and I don't have time to drive there to find her working. She was the manager for the day ?. My previous experiences were really great until this.Dietary restrictions: Will accommodate.

Customer service here is always hit or miss, but mostly misses. The Asian owner/manager is rude and money hungry.I've stopped coming here as a result of them messing up my to go order on multiple occasions.Once, they gave me someone else's order and demanded I bring it back, in order to get my actual order. They seem like the type of place that would try and still sell the returned food.

Red Crab House has some amazing food. Their seafood boils are torch af and everytime I have company they always want to order from there. Jenny is amazing she always looks out for me and makes sure that everything I order is up to par. The rest of the staff are nice as well it's always pleasant talking to them. 10/10 highly recommend.
