I went to this Red Lobster in Laurel MD, and the experience wasn't too pleasant. The waitress placed the appetizer (crab dip) and drinks together. She bought the drinks, then took our order of entrees which consisted of three. After waiting for 45 MINUTES, another woman came out with the crab dip and entrees. The crab dip took entirely too long and should've come out before the food. When asked why the crab dip didn't come earlier, her response was shortage of cooks. Although she apologized, that to me is unacceptable. Also, two entrees were not ? hot enough, and had to be heated up again. Although the food was delicious, this was the worst experience I've had at this location. Even if there were shortages of cooks, this should have been addressed to my family, could've determined if we would stay. Poor management with getting workers is partially to blame. Don't think I'll be coming back anytime soon to this location.

Sabrina was great , I believe this place has gone DOWN HILL! This place is probably under staff just like the one in Silver Spring. Our FOOD was cold , lack of favor lack of care. GM Kenydra did approach our table to discuss our food. It’s wasn’t a great experience. Utterly disappointing.

Staff is slow and it is indicated by how slow their manager is. I called in for an order 40 min prior to arriving and it wasn’t ready… then when i asked for the manager I waited for an extra 20 min. Made me late for work because of their incompetence.I recommend not going here

Even though we had a reservation, there was a bit of a wait which was disappointing (should note that we had a large group and had to wait for another large group to finish). Once seated, the service was wonderful and the food was delicious, as always. Overall, a pleasant dining experience.

I ordered my food at 4:47 I got there at 5:00 when I called ( because my order was curbside) the young lady said that it wasn’t ready but someone would bring it out when it was. Then at 5:31 I walked into the restaurant to get my own food. There was literally 3 tables seated with about 5 people total. I walk up to the bar where a 6’1 male with long dreads is walking towards my bag ( remind you the food was ready at 5:18 per my slip). I stuck my hand out but before I could speak he looked at me and I said that’s my food, he asked my name and handed it to me. As I walked away he laughingly said “ have a nice day” to which I responded “it would’ve been if I didn’t have to get my food “. He then proceeds to laugh and make jokes with another worker ( 5’7 dark male with dreads). The staff here is ghetto as hell, unprofessional, and ignorant as all out doors. I will never go here again

The Laurel location is lacking the required staff to operate fast. We waited for more than 30 minutes for our food after ordering. Once we received our food it was very good. Overall, this location needs more management oversight. Understand they were probably doing the best they could but unacceptable. My wife and I were seated next to the bar. Drink glasses of finished drinks sat on the bar the entire time we were there. Also, several customers had to come to the bar to get a refill on their sofe drinks. Some but not all of the servers were inattentive their jobs.
