I just went in there 20 minutes ago to pick up an online order. The combo I ordered and that I chose was a 20 oz Sprite with chips. Whoever was up front said my drink was a fountain drink. I said no it isn't, it's a bottled drink. It's on the ticket and I showed her. She's continues to argue with me what I ordered. I made the order. I paid for the order. I know what I ordered. Don't tell me what I ordered when you aren't paying for it. Then proceeded to wave me off as if I was her child. And when I approached her about it and being rude she continued to argue that I didn't order a 20 oz drink. FOH!

It says they close at 10:00pm I got there at 9:00pm and the employees told me that it was closed already

Horrible customer service! I ordered to the wrong location on accident! Instead of refunding my money or sending my order to the location in my area they basically took my money and my sandwiches! Because they didn’t want to lose out! When they called to confirm my order they didn’t even look at the distance they called and asked if we placed an order that was it! Not that we were literally in two different states! Don’t eat here!

Stay away! this place is incredibly badly run and will steal your money. They canceled my $30 order but never refunded my credit card! I had to mess around for hours going over their head to get my money back. Employees there are rude too! Stay away, go to a different restaurant.

I've been going here for years since it's near my work. People are always friendly and it's always clean. I gave 3 stars instead of 5 because twice now I have ordered ahead on the app and have not received the ingredients I paid $3 extra for per sandwich. Both times they did not inform me they were out of the added items. Sadly by the time I am able to sit down and eat it's too late to go over and ask for the items. Spending an extra $3 for add-ons is no problem, but when you don't put what I paid for on the sandwich it makes it more of a scam. Especially after having this happen multiple times. If you want the items you have to pay extra for on your food make sure you go in and order instead of using the app.

I purchased a 6in sub, I ate half of it and seen a piece of hair. Went to the cashier who made my food and she said she will make another, I told her I don't want to eat from here ever again. Either I need a gift card or my money back.. she refused.. asked her for the manager she told me to come tomorrow didn't want to give me the managers phone number or anything... both of them were laughing she gave me my money back ... not funny.. not cool.. that's disgusting. Terrible customer service. none of them are wearing hair nets either.
