Yikes. I'm writing this review just for Jessica. She was rude to me & I thought it was something I had done personally - I even asked her later on & no. Asked others around me & they said "she's not friendly" - why would you have a bartender who's not "friendly". At the end of the night she made a point to say I had caused a "scene" for asking what her attitude problem was to other guests - I just wanted to see if *i* Had done something "wrong" - no. That's "just how she is" MULTIPLE guest said she's stand off-ish, rude & amongst other things. I wouldn't have left this review if she didn't approach me after I had already closed out my check and tipped her. Not a good look whatsoever for the business.

A ton of 7ft diamonds and a few 9s. Fair hourly rates and a bar. Two rooms to shoot in. Great spot !

An amazing time playing pool table! The place was a little busy, but very spacious so it did not feel too crowded. The alcohol selection was great and the team was very considerate, checking if we needed any refill or food during our games. The place is very popular with pool comunity, and helped a few champion to grow, hosting even their own events. It's a perfect place if you fancy a friendly match or be with like minded people! There are also a few screens, likely to watch big matches.Do not drink and drive.

Worst customer service ever and after reading reviews it's been going on a long time and they clearly don't care. I got the sense from my first and last time going there that they don't take too kindly to new customers if ya know what I mean. Went this past Saturday with my cousin. Just wanted to shoot a game of pool or 2 and have a drink or 2. Went there because it was close to where I live and we didn't feel like going to Baltimore or DC. Apparently Saturday is "league night" but they were also having a halloween "party". Despite these 2 events the place was FAR from packed. When I went to the bar there were only 2 people there and I stood right next to them. The "waitress" gave them their change and they left....and so did she as if she didn't see me right there! She goes to the other side of the bar and proceeds to dance around, make small talk with regulars that pass by, and does little busy simple things like wiping off menus behind the bar that no one is looking at. I had time to observe all this because never once did she look in my direction for several minutes until I had to call her for her attention. I asked if the bar was closed or something and she had a smart answer. I told she saw me when I walked up and she lied claiming she didn't. She said "Well I see you now. What would you like?" I said "Better customer service...but I'll take a whiskey and pineapple". I only ordered it to put her fat tail to work and so she could see the big fat ZEROES I left for her tip. My cousin tried to put us on the pool table wait list but he said she never wrote his name down even tho he told her 3 times. He said all her attention was staring past him at me since after I got my drink I walked away. She's a goof and so is the dude who told me about the waiting list because he definitely acted like I asked for his social security number and not how to get a table. It was probably the owner. Don't worry Hoss we won't be back. You don't want my money nor do you deserve it.

Great customer service by both ladies, and the food was freaking good! Their potato wedges were my favorite. Really good bar food.

Very overpriced. Service not good. Totally not worth the time. Very warm in there. Very weird crowd. Tables are so so. Again crazy expensive.

Was here today for a pool tournament. Went to order food at 1145, was told brunch was my only option until 1:00. Ok fine. They had a blt so I ordered it with tots. While waiting for blt to come out, announcement is made that its last call for brunch orders. Yep they started serving lunch at noon. Got blt. It was very tasty but the tomato on it was so thin I might have imagined it was there. Come on, put an actual slice of tomato on the sandwich. Service was good, wait time was not excessive, especially considering they had a tournament crowd.
