I understand that this is a fast food restaurant and not much is supposed to be expected. However, there’s a fine line between quality and deliberately choosing not to put an effort in when it comes to serving your customers. There’s absolutely no reason that my food taste as if it’s been sitting for the past two days, nothing was fresh, the cheese and eggs on the biscuit had the texture of plastic, and the fries were stale crunchy and tasted like they were just left in grease. I rarely even leave bad reviews about places but I’m definitely disappointed in this food and service.

I went through the drive thru soy atmosphere was the interior of my car, but everything else was ON POINT. orders were correct, food was really good and staff were very pleasant.
Mess up the order everytime I come here they messed up my order 4 times ….. don’t come here unless you want your order messed up 10 times how hard is it to make a bacon cheeseburger damn I had a better chance at clocking in and making the food myself instead of everyone just dancing around work
They wouldn’t serve me. It was well within regular business hours, and they had the doors locked. Team members were back there, just looking at me crazy. I came at 8:00pm on January 19th 2024. I’m just through with all Wendy’s at this point.

I don’t understand how a single person could rate this establishment less than a 5 stars. You’re getting fast food in 2024 for the same price it cost in 2004. You would easily spend 3-6x as much for the same amount of fast food at literally any other restaurant. On top of all of that the food was fresh, the employees were friendly, and the inside while being slightly dated was clean. What more can you ask for?
