Worse customer service ever!! Went through the drive through ordered our food and we were told to park to wait for the food. I’ve been sitting here for 40 minutes and still waiting. The brought out some of the food but forgot the rest of it. After a while one of the girls screamed at us from the drive thru window to ask what we were waiting for. We told her and minutes later she came out to ask again what we were waiting for. Finally got tired of waiting so I tried to walk inside to ask what was going on and some of the other workers were walking out and just looked at us and said “omg we’re closed! Go through the drive thru!” Then another one slammed the door in my face and walked off. We’ve been watching all kind of cars coming and going with their food and we are still waiting.

Employees laugh at you cause you bring you're order back 3 times. I only ordered 2 mcdoubles no mustard and extra onion. Open it to see 1 patty so a mcsingle. Go in recieve it again with 1 pickle an lil ketchup least they gave me 2 Patty's, go back they wanna laugh and snicker gives me another messed up burger which I hang my head in defeat with everything about this McDonald's location. Yall will never get better

Idk what has happened to this mcds in the last month and a half but they are so slow and unprofessional. I heard a private conversation over the drive thru speaker for 5 minutes. They tried to have the double drive thru line like chick fil a but it is failing miserably.

TERRIBLE!!! Ever since they red modeled they get my order wrong order a 5 piece nuggets with a large fry and they will give you a medium or small instead food is ehh service TERRIBLE!!! I had to tell them GIVE ME A LARGE!!! Cause that’s how mad I was and also do you want ice in your water well you ain’t gonna get it there I can be a little miss sunshine all day long but if you want to get my order wrong I will be little miss anger there fire people I ain’t saying anybody’s names but they should be saying and acting like how can I not take your order and mark my words

Waited 25 minutes in lobby to get my food. I was only person in lobby.I received food cold. Had to remind the kid 3 times before I got my drinks. He was either autistic or high.It seemed to me like the blonde girl was the only one caring about customer service.Pretty sure I witnessed 2 female employees getting baked in their car on the way to my car. It certainly smelled like it. I will never return to this mcdonalds.

I went to get two mcchickens medium fries & a sprite. The girl in the first window was extremely nice, the one in the second window had the worst attitude. She gave me small fries so I asked nicely if she could change it to the medium fries i asked for. She opens the window again & I said I don’t have my sprite. After she hands me my drink & closes the window. Once she opens the window again she said “did i forget something else” I matched her energy & yes “my straw”. When i get to work & open my bag my two mcchickens weren’t there it was a cheese burger. At this point i can’t leave work & gave my food away. Please remove her from the window since she can’t properly do her job.

My family owns a vacation house in Leonardtown on the bay.. we frequent this town often…. We love it here!! However tonight when we came to town to spends the holidays we thought we would pick up some fast food to hold us over till morning… we are a lactose intolerant family but love McDonald’s.. we tried ordering Double Hamburgers this evening but was told repeatedly that they don’t have “hamburgers”. I could only order cheeseburgers… what in the actual h$//…. They can’t be serious right?!?!?? I have NO WORDS left to say.. ~sigh~

This is second time I am not getting all of my orders. Last time they forgot the nuggets, this time I did not get my apple slices. Make sure make sure you check your orders immediately otherwise you just not getting what you paid for.

Last time I went here I didn't even get to order at the drive through after waiting 10 minutes and seeing the other drive through line moving. This place is always slow but that was rough.
