We had the andouille hash, egg sandwich, and French toast. The food was cooked and seasoned perfectly, absolutely amazing taste. Will 100% be coming back again later

Nice establishment, the food items we ordered were all very nice. The only complaint was the temperature inside. All the customers were eating with their jackets on, so the temperature was set for the benefit of the busy servers rather than for the partons. Overall, I would recommend this establishment.

Welcoming and accessible, our family enjoyed brunch here. Macie took excellent care of us, answering questions and checking on us and our food. The fries in the Poutine were cooked just right and the sausage gravy was flavorful and not too heavy. The Shrimp & Grits featured hearty shrimp, pork belly, kale and teeny blistered tomatoes. The slight heat on the sauce brought it all together. The Steak & Eggs featured a large NY strip and 2 eggs cooked precisely to order. Well-seasoned homefries rounded out this tasty dish. The Chicken & Waffles was loaded with flavorful chicken and accompanied by crispy fried green tomatoes that you can tell are breaded by hand. Dessert of multi-layered carrot cake and creamy strawberry cheesecake left us jokingly asking for the nap room - we were invited to enjoy the rocking chairs on the front porch for as long as we would like! Thank you for a great family meal with excellent food and excellent service, in a unique and historic setting.Vegetarian options: There were multiple inventive and thoughtfully composed vegetarian and pescatarian options.Parking: Ample parking, including ample handicapped parking available.Kid-friendliness: We appreciated that the staff spoke to our child directly and attentively, answering his questions seriously and not in a “baby” manner. There is a kids menu available. Restrooms are spacious and clean. There is also a coat room available upstairs, next to the restroom, which is helpful if you need to grab diapers or toys.Wheelchair accessibility: There is ample handicapped parking available, and a ramp to the front door of this historic building. Suggest requesting a ground floor table if needed; there are only stairs to the upper level. Tables are spaced nicely. The menu is printed in a somewhat large font.

Ver unique dining experience. House has a lot of history converted into a restaurant. Different rooms upstairs and downstairs are sectioned off for dining or private events. Diverse menu includes handhelds and fork and knife. Great service and delicious food.

I'm a regular at the front porch and surrounding ltown areas as my boyfriend and I like to brunch often. I was very dissatisfied with the service I received today . I booked my brunch reservations for 12:30pm Sunday for a date and requested outdoor seating . When I got there the host barely greeted me and then proceeded to show me to an inside upstairs dining room table in the corner by a furnace , yes an old school furnace. As we were being walked to the seat I explained to her my request as part of my reservation and she completely disregarded me and said we cannot honor that request today. Mind you the reservation are on a tablet so she didn't even check just quickly shot me down. My boyfriend had ran back to the car to grab his wallet and saw an open patio table like the one we requested . After bringing this to the host attention she then proceeded to tell me how that was being saved for a 1pm reservation ? , one that would've been for AFTER my reservation. If you haven't guessed by now yes I am black and yes I do believe I was treated differently because of it . I respectfully left and told the hostess to have a nice day. For me the disrespect is inexcusable I have sent a lot of people and business to the front porch , people who would otherwise never attend . I've even held group dinners at the same restaurant. Unfortunately myself and my supporters will not be returning.

The Front Porch never lets you down. Food was awesome and served quickly. Our waitress Sabrina was perfect. Very kind, smiled a lot, came back to the table just the right amount of times. Was a great brunch with our friends. We will be back,

Not recommended, pricey culinary, average food, service poor.First time here. Came here with reservations with a total of 6.Waited 30 minutes for our reservation.Waitress nice, but not coherent with our ordering. I ordered soup and to upgrade to the farmhouse salad; served the soup with the day house salad at full cost and with a quiche? Lovely waitress, she kept our water glasses and tea filled. This place is simply adequate for food and service, and PRICEY! A lot more establishments with better food and service in our area.Parking: You will probably have to walk a block.
