Came through the drive thru ant 11 and ordered a frosty only to be told that they didn’t have any because they had just turned off their machine. The manager Alfa gave us the worst customer service that I’ve had and I worked at McDonalds. On top of that it took 6 minutes to get 2 drinks ready. Would not recommend this location, definitely the worst fast food I’ve been to.
HORRIBLE! I LITERALLY ORDERED MY FOOD IN THE PARKING LOT & IT WAS STILL FREAKING COLD!! & THE CHICKEN SANDWICH HAD NO LETTUCE OR MAYO!! IT WAS LIKE THEY HAD IT ALREADY SITTING OUT & JUST THREW IT IN A BAG & SOLD IT! THEY DONT CARE AT THIS LOCATION! I DEFINITELY WOULDN'T RECOMMEND! JUST GO TO THE ONE UP 235!

Place orders through the app every time so it takes away any need for the person at the window to mess up the order. And 9 times out of 10 they still manage to mess it up. The wait times are miserable every single time. Order two sandwiches and a drink and get parked for 25 minutes watching about seven people get their stuff and pull off.
