We ordered 2 pizzas and the person making them actually dropped one on the floor and tried to pick it up to put it in the box to give to us. We would have been eating pizza from a dirty floor if we did not watch them make it and tell them to make us a new one.

I really wanna give this place credit because I really like their pizza. However, unless you're ordering in the middle of a weekday, it will never arrive. I have ordered a few times on Friday and Saturday nights, and I just can't do delivery anymore. Ordered food around 7 o'clock and have received it two hours later, and at least once it didn't come until just after midnight. Not sure what's going on here, but they seem to be inundated with orders, or just lazy.

I wouldn’t give this place any stars at all. Don’t order from here the food is bad. I placed my order at 7:20 and they didn’t deliver till 9:21. The chicken cheesesteak was very dry and they forgot the cheese. The calamari was overcooked.

The food was delivered over one hour and a half late. The food was cold, the order was wrong and the soda was wrong. When I called to report the issue and provide photos, i was yelled at and had to hang up. I was lied to and told that slice app had my refund. After 4 calls, I'm calling my bank to report fraud. I requested the restaurant come pick up my food, and they told me to throw it in the trash. They were nasty and the food sent was disgusting. I have already called my bank.

they canceled my order weather by mistake or whatever.but the couldnt even make my food fresh after a hour and a half of waiting to think my pizza is coming i had to call tell them i didnt cancel. and they gave me my old cold food 2 hours later....

Food is mediocre at best. Service is horrible!! Ordered through their pickup app. Arrived at location to have the worker pick a fight with me about the actual time the order was supposed to be ready. Only ordered from here because it was one of the only places open late night. Not the first time with a bad experience at this location. But it will certainly be the last time returning.
