The group of 7 ate a lot of burritos and bowls. Some were spicier than expected. The important thing is that we were all satisfied and were super happy with what we bought. We all ate for less than 60 dollars.

Feels run down. Food was less than fresh. The site was out of napkins and just felt rundown. Franchise needs to wake up this location damages the chain overall. I was at same location two years ago and it has not maintained.

I feel like a lot of Chipotle locations have gone downhill. This has become our default location even though it's a little further drive. We typically do online to go orders. They are ready on time, and are correct. I've always had a pleasant experience with their staff, and appreciate the way they run this location.

MY WIFE PLACED AN ORDER ON 3/1 WITH THE APPWHEN I WENT TO THE LOCATION TO RETRIEVE THE FOOD IT WAS NOT READYAFTER WAITING 20 MINUTES FOR STEAK IT WAS STILL NOT READYI ASKED FOR A REFUND AND THE MANGER ADVISED I HAD TO CALL THE HOME OFFICE TO GET A REFUNDI PLACED AN ORDER WHILE AT THE LOCATION SO I ASKED FOR A REFUND FOR THAT ORDER TOO & THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG REFUND AMOUNTALSO WHILE WAITING I OBSERVED THAT THE STAFF MEMBER MAKING THE TO-GO ORDERS NEVER CHANGED HER GLOVES WHILE MAKE SEVERAL DIFFERENT ORDERS

Great location. Great service. Quality food as always. It was busy while I was there, so some tables were in need of cleaning, but that’s to be expected. Overall a great Chipotle location.

I came here after a short flight for a late lunch. Was kind of hesitant due to the 3 star review average, but it was a fine Chipotle and doesn't deserve just a 3 start average. The food served was as expected, floors and bathrooms were clean, and the people working on Saturday Feb 17, 2024, at around 2 pm was very nice. The only ding that I will give them is that the table had a lot of cleaning residue on them. Either it was from the cleaning fluid, or grease due to insufficient cleaning.

Steak has a weird texture. Sauces are all extra charge options. Prices add up. I think you get a much better deal with Cava (Cava is Mediterranean though but has the same general concept).

Corn and vegetables were sold out.they had other food station too and i saw corn was there but that was only for online orders.totally not fare.won’t recommend anyone this location.also didn’t get credit for same amount and less served.

This location has a lot of good amenities. It's hard to access from the road but overall it's a good internal location and it looks good on the outside too. Now I tend to be a cheapskate when it comes to fast casual restaurants. So when I come here (any Chipotle) I get the $5 build your own kids meal and typically try to get the employees to put sour cream and cheese on top for no extra charge. The employee didn't let me slide with this one today ended up spending $7.74 for a $5 kids meal. Also, the employee that served me didn't seem to overjoy it about the idea customer service to someone they don't know which is point of customer service. That's a reason for the four stars but other than that the location is clean. The environment was good. Also another reason for the four, there were NO FORKS only spoons at this location at my time of arrival.

Here's why this place makes me not want to come back: service.If you ask for a topping, and the person making your burrito tells you they are out. its fine. But when I get to the end of the line and see that topping in their togo station making orders for pick up. im mad. you're not out of sour cream, you're saving it for a hypothetical customer.I know they are teenagers just doing what they are trained to do. which is what makes this a poorly managed institution.you have no idea how frustrated your customers leave.

Ordered online, went to pick it up, and the worker told us she gave the order to someone else and that there’s nothing she can do. Rude, unorganized, and multiple people were upset/waiting for their mobile orders due to them not being ready on time or given to the wrong person. Don’t plan on going back here any time soon.

How are you a Mexican Grill but run out of Guacamole AND Sour Cream.... on a rainy Friday night at 8:22p. And you are open until 11p. Oh and No sign was posted. I came by yesterday and saw there was no tomatoes because that was posted and so I went next door. All of these things make up the Chipotle experience. So disappointed. Next time I will go to Columbia and not be disappointed. Do better management! Had I not been so tired and hungry I would have left...without anything.

AVOID IF POSSIBLE. Delivery and in store are a mess. This store needs to get management to give a damn. Multiple online orders have been the wrong food, incorrectly made or has made someone in the group sick. In store the reason is clear. They messy as toddlers in a kitchen. Maybe I always come in during new hires or maybe its after the work rush but everything from the dining room to behind the counter looks like some undisciplined work. I have gotten sick eating here and its not chipotle its the people that work here.
