40 minute wait even after ordering ahead. Awful location with employees that barely speak English.Parking: 4 spots in front of the store and a lot at the one end. Other spots all have signs for other locations.

I been going here for about a year now the lady who didn’t know English at the register gave me the wrong sandwich with no bread on and and said it was the one I order rudely with no refunds or anything they remade the sandwich and forget to put on topping.

The cashier was very hard to understand. English did not seem to be her first language. I asked her to repeat her questions repeatedly. My order came out quickly and was what I ordered. The sub was placed on the counter without comment. I bagged it and got the napkins. The staff seemed disinterested in providing any customer service.

Service is rushed the girl finished making the sandwich before I finished ordering ...l didn't even get what I wanted. Instead of complaining I just accepted my half built sandwich. Staff not very enthusiastic about helping you... one slice of Turkey on my sandwich, this place is not worth your time.

Always love jimmy johns. I had long day and didn’t eat lunch so grabbed JJ love on my way back home.Clean, fresh, fast, good music & they are known to slice meat on site

First time I had to wait, but they had a huge take out order on front of me.
I popped in just to see what was on the menu and when I saw the Thai chicken wrap I was sold. The wrap was amazing and the service was even better!! Everybody was so friendly. I really appreciated the great attitudes and the friendly smiles. Thank you so much for all you do!!

Don't bother unless you want to feel like you are in a loud Mexican night club in the middle of the day. The music is loud and like a rave night club but in Spanish. All the staff was talking in Spanish loudly and didn't notice me at the register for a while, then they took their time making it and had no customer service when ready. Only 2 other customers in the place already eating so no reason for the slowness or lack of customer service.

I like their rolls, and they sell them uncut if you want one to take home which my wife likes.The Beach Club (turkey, provolone, avocado spread) was pretty good, but light on meat. Had to add some stuff when I got home.Their Italian was delicious.My vegetarian wife likes their subs, but says they never make it with enough cucumbers despite her instructions.Also, this location sometimes takes over 20min to make an online order even when they are dead empty.
