I go there at least twice a week because my daughter works right next to it and she always wants to stop there. Never had any problems before today, I ordered half a toasted Italiano it was 9 bucks for half a sandwich and whoever made literally put 3 pepperoni lettuce and some onion on it and by the time I got home and realized it I wasn't driving back. Again 9 bucks for that I guess they thought it'd be funny but I'll never go there again.

Went there on March the 10th 2024 at 4:10 p.m. cashiers name was Abigail the service from her was horrible! Me & My husband could not understand a word she was saying, she was talking so low which was on purpose. That's a control tactic, she had the most horriblest weave please somebody look this up I would like management to look at the camera from that day. Her hair was so long, that weave was a HUGE knotted mess for her to be standing with the bagels and bread so close behind her hair was absolutely unprofessional and nasty. Why wasn't her hair brushed or pulled up or in some kind of hairnet she knew she wasn't supposed to be in there like that and did it anyway. I have never been to this location this was the first time for us we will never come back again. she was and mumbling and was just so thrilled to be there when we said hi she never said anything back never told us where to get the food never told me what the total was I'm swiping our cards she's not telling me anything finally we realized where to go get the food at and as I'm standing there I see a young lady who's sweeping the floor!! YEPPP!! sweeping the floor as sandwiches are being made & they are all back there playing , that dirt was flying all over the food?? Just unreal. Whoever's the manager here and this is your staff that you have trained you have failed them terribly we will never come back and I have told everyone about this place sad to say cuz we did love their food. Do better

First, this Panera location always makes the best Mediterranean Salad w/ Chicken.(I've tried others) My most recent order was a big disappointment... only a few small pieces of chicken, no Arugula, just romaine lettuce and very few olives. What's up?
Love this location. I have the SIP Club so I stop in a couple times a week. Always getting discounts and special offers in the app. The Teriyaki Chicken warm bowl is my favorite!

First time eating at a Panera Bread. I ordered a Smoky Buffalo Chicken melt. It was delicious. Not into health foods or too many veggies, and that melt didn't have any veggies. If it was healthy, it didn't taste like it. Pleasantly surprised.

I ordered the chipotle chicken bacon flatbread pizza. I also ordered one of the flatbread sandwiches. I definitely enjoyed the pizza. I wasn't impressed by the flatbread sandwich. Would not buy again. I really like this location. It's very convenient for me. I am not sure if they still offer this type of pizza, but I loved it. Polite and patient service here.
