I have visited this Ruby Tuesday a couple of times and prior visits had issues....salad bar, wait times,food cold......but I am glad to say this past Sunday we went again and as I told my family if this is a 3rd strike we would not be returning here as we travel approx. 1 hrs on the highway to go to the closest PA Ruby Tuesday as we live in Maryland...it's a trip. I am glad and happy to said at least this time we had a great experience and no issues!!!

Katherine provides fabulous service. She cooks, cleans, waits on tables, stocks the salad bar, settles bills, serves drinks, opens the restaurant, etc. Does it all without complaint and with a cherry smile and disposition.

My pork chops weren't cooked. The server barely checked on us. Even after being told my pork chops was not cooked, no manager visited the table. Nothing was done to make it right. Just an overall poor experience

Came in with my kids to enjoy a nice dinner. We weren’t greeted nor the 5 other people behind me. It took 20 mins to be acknowledged. Apparently one of the employees are telling everyone else not to take any tables or seat any people. I will NEVER come back here!! Worst EVER!!

I always Love Ruby's. Americana with a twist. I definitely recommend the Deconstructed Kabob. Salad Bar was a meal in itself. Awesome Job to the Kitchen Staff.Latosh really "shined." From the sequence to the way she controlled the floor. Just a blurr of motion, and her positive attitude really made the experience enjoyable. Tip well earned, my dear!!!!Vegetarian options: Duhh...Salad Bar ;-}Parking: Plenty of parking in back

Absolute trash. Slower than molasses staff with exeption of 1 server who unfortunately wasnt ours. Took 15 mins for a draft beer with 5 tables in the entire restaurant, food came out staggered and we had to eat in shifts, my cocktail was made wrong and when I asked the server to take it back she scoffed at me and didn't apologize for the incorrectly made drink and it took 29 mins to get our check to find out it was wrong. Then took another 12 mins to get the correct check. Save your time, money and aggrevation.

My wife and I decided to try Ruby Tuesday again on a whim, as it had been years since we've been there. We won't make that mistake again. The place was virtually empty and there seemed to be only one waitress working, who was nice enough, but she reeked of marijuana smoke, which was instantly off-putting. We should have left at that point, but we decided to try the food anyway. Apparently the kitchen staff has never heard of seasoning, as my steak had no flavor unless I chose to smother it in steak sauce. The prices have gone up while the portions and quality have definitely decreased. You can find better food, service, and atmosphere literally anywhere else.

UPDATE 3/2024. It was much better than years ago when I attended this location. Cleaner tables, neater salad bar area; and the bathroom was immaculate- impressed. Immediately greeted upon entering, and the waitress was helpful and pleasant since she seemed to be handling six tables of at least two to four people by herself during my visit. ??________________________Food OK; Need better waitresses. totally ignored my guest and I - we had to seek someone for help :(
