I absolutely love Dunkin and used to only love this location but after today, I probably will not step in there for awhile. Today while I was in class, my mother had me put in a mobile order on the dunkin’ app so she could get me an iced coffee. I placed my order and scheduled it for 10:45. I also put an order of iced tea for her because I had points to use for a free tea. However, my mother had told me that when she went there, my iced coffee nor her tea were not at the counter in the pick up section. My mother had gotten there earlier, before my scheduled time and asked if they could go ahead to make my order but the employee couldn’t pull it up on their computer, so didn’t make my order. My mother had told one of the employees that they were not up there and the employee had told her that maybe the order was under a different location because both of those are not here, and was very rude. When my mother told me that, I went back to my transaction history just to see that my order was through the right location and that it should’ve been ready and sitting at the counter at 10:37. My mother said that she ordered me an iced coffee since my mobile order was not made, even though it said it was ready, and her an iced tea. She received my coffee but not her iced tea, so she asked about it. The employee told her she didn’t take out for her tea and charged her for another tea. My mother was confused because she saw a cup with ice in it just sitting there and when she asked about it, the employee snatched another cup and asked what size the tea was. She had also ordered a breakfast sandwich and said it was the nastiest. The employee didn’t even offer a refund for neither my mother or from what i paid through my mobile order. The employee also said they could not do anything about the points I have used for my mobile order and is through the dunkin’ app itself. Very poor service, it is a shame.

This Dunkin had been the go to for the family for over a year. Always great employees. Food is good for breakfast and brunch. Donuts always fresh. Drink assortment of great. The Baskin Robin's is also a hit for ice cream and desserts. The premade cakes let your forget small events and still have sweet treats.

Vegetarian options: Well, DD isnt known for it's salad.....Parking: DD has a whole slew of lots available.Kid-friendliness: First, the crew seem to love kids, children recognise this. Second, being Baskin Robbins doesn't hurt a bit!Wheelchair accessibility: Well, the door is heavy. On the other a cutomer or crew member will come to your aid

Calvin the owner is so kind and generous!!! I came to him last minute with a request to do something for our school PTO and even though he prefers a much greater window than one day ? he still donated 3 boxes of coffee to us. We are very thankful for you!

Went today was told after standing in line that they could not do hot food and had no pumpkin spice. We still got one drink and a donut and the donut was stale. Many people left but they kept serving hot food to the to go orders that were walking in. Will never go here again. A lot of workers and terrible service.

PLEASE stop putting Boston Creme donuts in a bag on top of each other, chocolate icing every where except the donuts! Put the donuts in a box!

The girls who work in there are extremely rude. Definitely part of the new generation. They don't feel they need to pay any attention to the customers trying to place orders. They roll their eyes. They have attitudes and they're very very ignorant. Obviously they've never been taught customer service and I absolutely can't stand their attitude anywhere else and they would have been fired. No wonder this is the only job they can get is handing people donuts. This generation is trash and so is there attitude towards customers

Dunkins donuts are never that great, especially coming from a place with donuts in the name...

The morning staff seems to be a lot better than the afternoon staff. Ordered my usual avocado toast and when I bit into it, the bread was SO HARD the crust cut the inside of my mouth. The toast was burnt and hard it sounded like I was biting an ice cube. It was not edible. Literally hard as a rock. I can still feel the pressure on my front teeth.Edit: it’s been a few hours after and my 2 front teeth are aching so badly. Good job.

The customer service at this location is appalling. I placed a mobile to-go order this morning. When I went into the store to pick it up, part of the order was missing. I believe someone had accidentally taken my food. When I informed the person behind the counter, she told me it would be a minute. Five minutes went by and nothing. I stood and watched them place probably another 20 orders on the to-go counter. People streamed in and out. I stood waiting. I asked again about my food and was told it would be a minute. I stood there for another five minutes until I asked to talk to the manager. She said, "You already did. It will be a minute." I was gone for so long, my fiance called my cell phone because he thought I had gotten into a car accident. I stood in that store for a total of 20 minutes being ignored, standing in a corner waiting for someone to make a piece of toast. The rest of the food was cold. When I got home there were THREE hashbrowns in the bag. Seriously, people, do better. I understand that this is retail and probably not the most exciting job in the world but it is also a business establishment and you are getting paid. DO YOUR JOB.
