My husband got an ice cream sundae to go and brought me home a milkshake. I haven't had a milkshake in forever and was really disappointed in this one. It was only slightly cold and very thin and watery. The worst milkshake I can remember having and that is saying a lot for an ice cream shop. We live only about 1/4 mile from this BR. so melting was not the issue. Total waste of money.

I love this place! The ice cream is really good. The service is most of the time incredible. I had a great time with my server, and we even had a laugh when he accidentally dropped my ice cream on the counter. But it gave me a good laugh and I had a good time. He was super nice. The vibe is also pretty good. Sometimes it can get a little busy but the line moves decently fast. I go here with my grandma. Never fails to please me.

Not only is the ice cream AMAZING, but the Customer Service is 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! As a local small business owner, there is nothing better than people who love their job, enjoy making their customers happy, and do it with a genuine smile! The two young men working late last night are the best! Eating ice cream ? makes everyone happy ?, but the cherry ? on top, is excellent customer service! We will be back!

One server was very nice, but the other was very stingy. The two scoop sundae they made was $5.79 for what looks like a one scoop or kid-size sundae. It was very small and they were stingy with the toppings.

The ice cream is not cheap at $3.79 for one scoop in a small cup. Great option if you have coupons. Staff is friendly. Store is clean. Ice cream is good. Smoothie is tasty and non-dairy.

Went for a buy one get one coupon advertised on Instagram. We didn't specify sundaes upon ordering and only ordered bowls of ice cream. The store wouldn't honor the coupon. It was really confusing since we didn't realize sundaes were different than bowls of ice cream besides just adding toppings. We only went for the coupon so spending full price was a big disappointment.
