We visited this location on 2/25/24 for dinner. We sat at a booth in the bar area. They were somewhat busy but there was no excuse for my adult beverage drink ordered to be left sitting at the end of the bar for over 15 minutes. Two others servers tried to bring the drink to me with melted ice and i told them it had been sitting for so long and wanted a new one but they sat the same drink back on the bar....my server was MIA. The food took forever and once we finally got our food and me a "re-made" drink we thought we were good. But i was wrong.....all of a sudden we heard "sweeping" so loud at the booth behind us and dust & dirt filling the air and we're eating. My other half politely said "man are you really sweeping like that and we're eating?" His response...."Yeah" with attitude. When we shared this with the manager, his response was corporate said we need to keep the place clean and the guy sweeping is also a manager. That added insult to injury......because he's a manager, that made this lack of common sense & courtesy OK?? Needless to say, that is the LAST time we will ever eat at this location. Food was 2 out of 10, drink was good if you can get it in less than 30 minutes and service was HORRIBLE. If i could give them a zero, i would. Keep driving....dont stop here.

Everything was amazing. The waitresses were nice. The food was great, and the atmosphere was on point, but you have to wait a long time to be seated, so I recommend calling ahead.
