Wish I'd read all the recent 1 Star reviews before going here. My partner and I both got pretty bad food poisoning. For reference, the food we ate here was the only similar thing we ate all day. About 9 hours after eating it he got hit first with classic, terrible food poisoning symptoms. About 5 hours later, it hit me. I've reached out to corporate but no response as of yet. It seems they need some serious management oversight in this location considering all the reviews of unpredictable hours, dirty surroundings, inconsistent portions and now, some pretty gnarly food poisoning. For those who don't know, rice and beans are two incredibly high risk foods and the heating and cooling of these ingredients needs to be handled very carefully. My guess is that care is not being taken here.

Just alike many people have complained, horrible portion size. The staff put the stuff as minimum as possible. Looks like they get extra incentive by putting minimum portions possible. Lot of people end up getting extra which is charged almost half the total price so you end up paying 150% for your food. Terrible business. There should be weight based portions so that each bowl or burrito get the amount that you are paying full price for.

Don’t charge me for double and only give me regular amount. The portion control is ridiculous!! I’m tired of having to always ask for extra. And when I clearly state the I would like EXTRA OR DOUBLE they’ll still give me regular amount. Or add all this rice and not enough meat like come on ?. The food is bland. I only go because it’s convenient. I hope the new one opening closer to Cockeysville will be much better.

Nothing against the service of the people that work here, but the service of the chain. Despite my meal going up 5$ over the past year, now chipotle decides to charge for their paper bags too. I'm done.

The "steak" in my steak bowl was almost inedible. I threw it out. The meat was tough, fatty, full of gristle and chewy. Not just a couple pieces. All pieces. I'm not expecting Omaha Steak quality meat, just something I can actually chew and digest. The rice was undercooked and "crunchy". My wife could not eat her chicken bowl either. I tried it and the chicken was similarly fatty. We threw that bowl out too. The people were friendly, the restaurant is clean, and the portions are okay. But what is even the point of Chipotle if the actual meat is such low quality? This was not a one-time thing either. I had the exact same experience 4 or 5 months ago here and thought I'd give it another try. No such luck. Not going to any Chipotle ever again.

Horrible, our food got stolen twice and the manager blamed me for it as well as telling me he won't remedy the situation. So they stole around $50 from me and gave me no way to get it back. The manager Jose is so unbelievably rude and unprofessional and in my opinion does not deserve the role of manager in the slightest. The atmosphere is plan disgusting and so is the manager. Do not go here ever if you actually want to get your food or if you want to be treated with respect.

They messed up my order, when I called the restaurant to asked for a refund of something that I had to put in the trash because it wasn't what I wanted, the manager told me that I had to go back, I refused because I was working and is not my problem that they messed the order, she decided to just hung up on me. She should get a another job, clearly being a manager is beyond her customer service skills.

Double chicken?! I think not. These bums ask for $15/hr and shouldn't even be given $1. My dog could serve a better bowl than this piece of crap. Too bad yelp requires at least one star so feelings don't get hurt lolol

This was my first time at this location and I will not be back. I appreciate that all ingredients were available and nothing was missing. After watching them build the bowls I see why none of their ingredients were missing. Horrible portion sizes! It was so bad that I opted to pay for double meat in all of my bowls because four strips of carne asada is not nearly enough for anybody. I had to ask for more of every single thing (rice, fajitas, sour cream, etc.). The only serving that made sense given the ratio of the bowl was the tomatoes (cheapest ingredient on the line). Another customer even commented on the portion sizes calling them “skimpy”. On a positive note, the ingredients were good and fresh, but if you can, just do yourself a favor and go to the Goucher Blvd/Joppa Road location.

Poor customer service. It's one thing to not have staff so you do online with a note on the door so u can pick up food when ready but to belatedly steal my money and not tell me you are out of an item is crazy. I came inside to pick up my order the lady ask my name and hands me my order i proceed to check my bag I have no queso mind u I ordered 3 orders of it the only lady working turns around and say oh we don't have any. So basicly u weren't even go say anything instead makes an excuse of no way to let us know on the app. How about u take the item off app when unavailable or put the not on the door next to the sign that says online only because y'all never have workers. Absolutely absurd u lost a customer due to poor service sure I'm not the only one then no refund given so y'all stole a whole 8 dollars good job.

My credit card got declined and I didn’t have cash on me to pay, and the cashier was kind enough to give me the meal. It was a great moment of customer service at this awesome location!
