The people are so slow. Like too slow and rude and literally didn't acknowledge any customer. One worker was leaving and distracting literally every worker. They were all moving like snails and not even saying anything lol. I know what it is like to work fast food. I worked at McDonald's for 4 years. It's not hard to give 10% of effort.

Timonium is the only one that isn’t good . I got steak sub bread was stale . I like just steak and lettuce on it , it took a lot for them to understand that. Meat wasn’t good . It’s a shame . I guess it’s the manager. Don’t want to drive to Hunt Valley to get one . So I don’t anymore . Please someone do something for the people . Maybe next time will be better I’m usually not taken back by service. Went here a few days ago and got a mobile order. To their credit, it was another 40 min until the order was supposed to be ready but I had finished my stuff up early. Figured I could go and just sit and wait while the made it, wasn’t expecting it to just be ready. But the workers were so rude. Angry that I had come early even though there was nobody even in there. I get it the order was supposed to be ready later than this but geez didn’t think it would be that big of a deal it’s just as if I was standing in line.

They don't answer phones so you have to go there to order and wait in line then wait for food prep. Paid >$16 for a cheese steak that came with no cheese, no steak, just fried onions, lettuce, and tomato. Tried to call but again so they'd at least have the second sub ready by the time I drove all the way back, but no answer. Drove all the way back and reordered the second sub was total slop I couldn't even eat it. Won't waste any more time or money here.

Handsdown the worst service ive ever had. Came in 3 hours before close and the staff was rude and acted like I was an inconvenience. The two young children behind the counter shouldnt have been there to begin with.

Horrible rude attitude from everyone on staff. Was asked the same questions multiple times. The girl at the register rolled her eyes when asked to speak up as she was mumbling and could not be understood. I will never be back to this Jersey Mike's location. Jimmy John's is less than a minute drive away.

Hands down worst location. Must never be a manager on duty. Sub was squished, again, by the careless worker in the front with airpods in.
Terrible service and not clean. One worker running the register had a hoodie on and never changed gloves while texting and cleaning and touching food. I came in for takeout and told them my name and got no response I had to go up again after all the employees walked away to even see if my order was ready. There was one other customer in the store!

We needed sandwiches for a long flight out of BWI. We ordered 2 sandwiches on the app. I think the app said it was going to be ready in 30 minutes but we were 15 mins away. Super easy parking! The parking lot is big and was mostly empty, just a few cars parked in front of Jersey Mike's. We got #7 and #13 with mayo, the banana peppers, jalapeño, the red pepper spread. So so good! Doesn't necessarily travel well bc of the tomatoes but we had no regrets! When we got there, they were already making the sandwiches. They were ready long before the app pick up time. Bathrooms were clean. This may be our go to spot when we're in BWI.

Jersey Mike's always has good quality subs and they taste really good. My only gripe is that it seems quite expensive for what you get compared to some other sub

The one AA girl making the steak subs was so busy dancing and singing, there was no lettuce and tomato on my sub. I want what I asked for since I'm paying for it. PAY ATTENTION!!! Follow instructions. This is not York Rd Disco. Food can be good, but staff can ruin a good thing?

I will never come back to this location! Entering the store, it was very dirty, with Burnt bacon on the stove, and staff standing around looking confused.The manager Ashley came out to assist us however she was taking people's orders with gloves on using a pen and paper & with those same gloves she started to make our sandwiches. So I asked her to change her gloves and she made a smart comment I asked her do she not think that that was unsanitary & she said they don't have to change their gloves.. Ma’am WHAT? I told her that, that's okay I'll go somewhere else & she said okay have a great day! & I informed her that she was training her staff the wrong way! Ashley was very unprofessional, & unsanitary. Other people who were in the line ended up walking out when we did because that was extremely nasty! When we left the guy who walked out before we did stated that the morning staff was way better. Ashley demonstrates terrible management.
