I’m not one to complain. However I ordered a medium frozen coffee. Nothing fancy. Nothing else, just the frozen coffee. I waited at the window for 15 minutes watching the employees try to figure out how to make my drink. After it was incorrectly made, all the staff disappeared from the kitchen for a few minutes, no idea where they went. Then the man comes back with my drink that is super runny, and definitely not the frozen coffee that I ordered.

Nothing angers me more than when I order and pay for a SWEET TEA, I EXPECT a SWEET TEA NOT an UNSWEETENED TEA!!!?At $15.00 bux an hour your employees should be more competent and be able to read and understand the English language!!!! JFS.I had to go to another Dunkin to get my SWEET TEA!!!

The worst service of any Dunkin around. Guy, at the window with the long hair, has no personality. This morning, my coffee was overflowing so much it spilled all down the car and on my clothes. He wasn't apologetic at all and ignore me waving to have them pour some out.

I get dunkin every single day but I usually go to the one across from ikea. This one was more convenient today and when I say horrible. My drink tasted disgusting!!! Avoid this Dunkin’ Donuts

We go to Dunkin every morning but avoid this one at all cost! We went here and we bought a coffee and it tasted horrible then they said what is wrong with it I said it taste Terrible then I asked for a cup with ice and they refused to give me a cup with ice! Don’t go to this one! I will drive out of my way to a better

They charge more for bagel and cream cheese but give you less cream

I don't normally leave bad reviews, but I had a poor experience today. I asked for a hazlenut swirl in my iced coffee, and was substituted for a hazlenut shot without any verbal confirmation. When asked, I was told that they don't carry hazlenut swirl. That is fine - but you need to make the customer aware and not just make a substitution without saying so.Also, I was handed the iced coffee which was visibly dripping from the cashier's hands as it was being handed to me without a napkin. After pulling away, I took a sip and it spilled/leaked out of the lid all over the place.Please be more consistent in your customer service. Thank you!

I've ordered from this location a few times and haven't had any issues until today. I ordered a caramel iced latte through drive through and hopped right on the highway. A few minutes into my drive I tried my drink which had a overwhelming taste of metal. Once arriving home I checked the drink to see dozens of black flecks sitting on the bottom. I'm unsure what this is but I definitely will not return to this location ?
