Literally the worst. The pizza and “Twix bites” were not even edible!!! Pizza is stretched so thin you could see through it. Twix bites are just pizza crust with cheap caramel dipping sauce. Shaq should be embarrassed. I’m so mad we wasted $30 on 1 pizza… never

Maggots were squirming in the floor right near the food line a few months ago & the store was full of flies, Shelby Dargan is a lazy Gm, get a better Gm pls, ps stop letting workers come in with positive Covid tests & make/deliver food, that’s why people are always sick here, PLEASE BE WARY!!! Pizza is so undercooked, literally have to finish cooking at my house. Dough is so thin, it falls apart. Very little cheese coverage, bad toppings placement. Have been bad for over a year. Used to love ordering from them, not anymore.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I placed an order online, and when my husband arrived to pick it up they had never received it. He got back home and I called to speak with management and see what was going on and I was basically called a liar. I was told that i must’ve ordered from the wrong store, that I never placed my order, and also when I brought up that I had my confirmation email with their store number, and I asked how I got that if I hadn’t placed the order the “manager” said “I guess it came out of nowhere. I don’t know where you ordered from, but it wasn’t here.” When I asked the managers name and how to get my money back I was told a fake name so that she wouldn’t get in trouble for her HORRIBLE customer service. I wouldn’t feed my dog food from this place!

Papa John's used to be a really good pizza for reasonable prices. Honestly all pizza places have gone up. Last night I ordered pizza on the app so that I could pick it up on the way home from work. Something happened with one of my pizzas and they had to remake it which they did quickly. When I got it home it was hot but that was where everything good ended. I had ordered two of their new New York style pizza, one with salami in black olives and the other with meatballs and a three cheese blend. Neither of them felt like they had hardly any sauce, I'm not sure if that's because of the bake on it or they were just not putting a lot on it. The New York style pizza is advertised as being cut into only eight slices because it's meant to have large foldable slices, but they definitely cut it like a regular extra large pizza. Definitely feel like both were overcooked. The flavor was not good, and while one pizza had adequate toppings at least, the meatball one barely had any toppings on it and the way that they cut it which of course wasn't the way it was supposed to be done, there wasn't even a single meatball on each slice. I know that I will never order meatball again if I even order from Papa John's ever again.In fact when my daughter came down to eat, she was very excited that it was Papa John's, but only a few minutes later she came running back downstairs and said it was so horrible she threw it away and microwaved chicken nuggets instead for her dinner. I paid $32 for these pizzas for my daughter to throw it away. My husband and I ate our slices because we were hungry. My husband was way too tired to call and complain about it considering he has a very labor intensive job and has to drive 40 minutes to work and be there at 5:30 in the morning. At this point I can honestly say that Little Caesars has stepped their game up and is much better than Papa John's. I could have gotten three pizzas for the price that I paid last night, and I would have been much more satisfied with the flavor. I don't know what has happened but PJs has definitely gone downhill.I would like to say that the staff was very nice. They were attentive and courteous and very kind. I don't know whether it was the person making the pies or the ingredients or I will concede that it was just a bad night. But I will say this: for the money that you pay I will likely be purchasing from Little Caesars or Domino's.

Old and cold, not even worth reheating.Their rating should be much lower.Only one place left and it's too expensive. I've exhausted them all. I have ordered 3 times recently with estimated wait time of 30 minutes or so. Twice I cancelled after an hour of waiting and both times were still charged on my credit card even though delivery was refused and sent back. The other I waited and finally got my order 2 hours after order and an hour after it said "out for delivery" needless to say I will not be ordering from this location for a while since it takes a credit card dispute to get my money back... too bad I lose my papa bucks.
