“It was my first time coming to the shop, friendly employees, good ice-cream licking flavors, and a very true sign of “you’ll want more” blew me away. Its cheaper than Baskin Robins for sure and my family and I really couldn’t leave without one more cone. 10/10 I recommend.“
“Before coming to Willow Oaks, I had pretty much sworn off on American cider. What is available is generally too sweet and overly carbonated. At the suggestion of some friends, we stopped by the cidery when down for a visit from Ohio. I could write a few pages of the wonderful experience my wife and I had here. Lori and Eric were (and are) wonderful hosts. My wife and I are planning our next visit.“
“South mountain creamery has been a game changer for food delivery and making sure we have meals on the table each week without spending a ton of time in the grocery store. We have also visited the farm and had an opportunity to feed the baby cows which was absolutely a wonderful afternoon and our kids loved it. ❤️?“

“The BEST a authentic Italian food in Maryland - full stop. My Italian grandmother would eat here and be proud. Their handmade pasta texture is perfection. The carrot in their bolognese is the perfect mix of identifiable without being overbearing. The bureaus is texturally exceptional, and we order two orders of Arancini because my husband and I refuse to share them. RUN, Don’t walk… but save a table for me.“

“Everything about this place is 10/10. The owners are so genuine, kind and ALWAYS have a smile. Never have I ever entered and not been greeted with enthusiasm! The beverages are handcrafted with so much love, I swear you can taste it. Pragya always takes time and care for each drink she makes. No short cuts- ever! As someone who has been in the service industry for many years, it is a rarity to witness someone day after day, customer after customer provide A+ service not to mention consistency of product! Rabi curates the sandwiches (and other food items but, I am partial to sammies) carefully and thoughtfully- ALWAYS. Every bite has a piece of everything that’s on it which is what truly makes a sandwich amazing. Let me not forget to mention texture break up, variety and unfailing flavor! This is a place you go and feel like family. You’re included, acknowledged and taken care of!“

“We celebrated my son’s 17th birthday here and it did not disappoint! The staff were friendly and attentive - multiple people stopped by to fill our water throughout the evening. The decor was really nice with a variety of textures (wood, brick, fabrics, metal). The food was amazeballs. My son and I had the filet and my husband had the duck. And, because it was a celebration, we got 3 different desserts . The chocolate cake was so good, I dropped my fork. We will definitely be back!“

“Coming from a fellow Hispanic this is one of the best Mexican food hot spots in the frederick area. Open on friday Saturday and Sunday evenings I would recommend the carne asada or the steak burritos and tacos. You can eat in your car or they will wrap up to go. For those who don't speak Spanish dont worry they speak English!!“

“This is the best restaurant i have ever been to. Every single person who works here is so friendly and so understanding. You can tell that they actually love their jobs and that they love to make people happy. Their energy is so contagious and you will walk out full and with a smile. The food??? Absolutely delicious. They take their time and really put a lot of love into the food. My boyfriend and i have been regulars for about 6 months now. Each of the beautiful servers and even the owner memorized our orders all the way down to the type of sauce that we like. You won’t ever get a service like this at ANY other restaurant in Brunswick. The best of the best! We love you Potomac❤️“

“This is my favorite sandwich shop in Frederick! I usually order the veggie 2 sandwich with extra herb cream cheese. The herbed cream cheese sets it off!!!. It's served with macaroni salad or potato salad and both are equally delicious. You can also get utz chips or gourmet kettle chips to go with your sandwich. Staff are super friendly and service is always speedy.“

“Nothing not to love here at all. Incredibly imaginative and diverse menu of enormous sandwiches, salads and innovative variations on baked potato toppings. What they do, they do with supreme excellence. Pricing is most fair considering the generosity of the serving sizes; definitely a place to share a plate and not to feel bad about it. The "West of Santa Fe" salad hits the sweet spot of what they are best at; Tex-Mex and California cuisine with an upscale feel. Good selection of craft beers too for happy hour or maybe an early dinner before a Frederick Keys game, as we have done many times in the past. Don't let the business park location and industrial feel fool you. Very obviously the restaurant is run by foodies. One note: sub-optimal place for a business lunch or for (say) senior citizens despite the great accessibility: its austere and thus, loud inside. One can come back here dozens of times and not be bored.“
“Beers here are the best I've ever had (and I've had a lot of different beers over the years). Great atmosphere with sort of a Cheers-like feel. Kristy is usually there serving beers. Her knowledge, experience and warm personality make it a pleasure to frequent my visits here. I highly recommend a visit to this place and see for yourself.“
“Great brewery! They always have delicious beers on tap, the staff are super cool & helpful, there's a burger place in the back, plenty of seating, changing tables in bathroom for those of us with babies, awesome merchandise, and they have great events there too! There's a parking lot right next to the brewery and lots of street parking.“

“Wings were amazing. They have multiple flavors and you buy by the piece. Service is as good as food. Lots of regulars but they don't mind you dropping in for food. I brought my 18 year old daughter for wings. Can not wait to take others. Best wings in Frederick“
“Stopped in on a Sunday late afternoon in January. They have plenty of beer selections and seltzer options. I had the blood orange IPA and thought it was good. The bartenders were attentive and personable. The atmosphere was easygoing. There was music which was nice. The little creek is just outside the doors - in January the water was frozen but I imagine it is very nice in the warmer months to just be outside enjoying the weather. There was a food truck out in the parking lot - I didn’t eat anything. Parking was easy enough but the lot was small. It might be full in better weather but I’m sure there is street parking nearby. They are dog-friendly here and there were multiple well behaved dogs inside. I’d stop in again if in the area.“

“Ordered catering for my teen’s bday with her friends and our family - so delicious! We had two bbq meats that were both terrific, and the Mac n cheese was a hit. I ordered double and it was still almost all gone. Cornbread was some of the best I’ve had. Delivered on time and warm. Highly recommend! Thanks, Fred!“

“Had a great meal tonight! Service was friendly and prompt without being intrusive. Parker house rolls are a must--but, buttery deliciousness. I had the salmon, literally the best I've ever had. Crispy skin and melt in your mouth fish--perfectly cooked. Caesar salad had Parmesan "churros," a fun surprise. Cocktails were really good, and I had the chocolate egg dessert--milk chocolate egg with salted caramel center sitting on a nest of dark chocolate. Good times. Thanks for a fun and tasty dinner!“
“This was my first time visiting this vineyard, and I cannot wait to return! It's such a beautiful drive out to the property, particularly now that it's autumn. I was actually there to attend a private event, but I loved the tasting room. The wine was amazing! I had the Sauv Blanc and Russian Kiss and I love them! If you haven't been to this vineyard it's definitely a must! I'm so lucky that I live in a nearby town because, I'll be coming back soon!“

“Knew we would be in the area for the weekend, so we reached out to see if a tasting and tour slot was available and it was. Of note, you MUST pre-book your tasting and tour - they operate on an appointment-only basis and it's BYOF (bring your own food). This is not only their vineyard, but also their home - which means you are welcomed in like a guest by Ed and Kathy for your visit. Our visit started with a tour of the vineyard grounds - you will get up close and personal with the grape vines and understand what is really behind what you taste later on. There's plenty to see as there is 15 acres under vines and a total of 7 different grape varietals (two whites, Chardonnay and Albariño and five reds, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Merlot, Teroldego and Pinot Noir). You'll learn why they planted the way they did and why they planted what they did. You'll understand that Ed's medical background shows up in the health and care of the vines in ways that make a difference in the final output of the plants. We then went to the porch for a fireside tasting of four wines: Albarino (2022), Rose of Cabernet Franc (2022), Cabernet Franc (2020 - American Oak and 2020 - Slovenian Oak). The wines are outstanding. The Albarino is crisp, dry and refreshing - ready for any fish or poultry meal, or just a nice dry white to enjoy with friends. The Rose is a perfect sipper - not sweet by any means and would work well with a variety of foods. The Cabernet Francs were tasted side-by-side while listening to the story of their Slovenian Oak barrels / barrel-making process. The American Oak is full bodied and to me had a hint of a whiskey-like feel to it. The Slovenian Oak was smooth and elegant - certainly something worth enjoying with friends and family. After that, we went into the barrel room to see some more of the operation and do a barrel tasting (if you've not done one of these before, they are very special as you're tasting wines before they are bottled and in some cases while they are still in the maturing phase!). It was an informative and enjoyable experience - it's clear that Ed and Kathy are passionate about their grapes and wines. Take the trip to the mountains and treat yourself to some amazing Maryland wines while there at Six Wicket Vineyards!“

“So we had a fantastic time here while visiting my sister in law. It’s right along the River so it’s pretty and the all windows layout brings in a lot of light. There is a family friendly area around the corner so whether you’re looking for a kid friendly spot or a laid back date night it covers both. They walk you through the ordering process and you can grab half beers or whatever you feel like from the wal taps as it’s self service. They have an excellent section of beers and being able to grab smaller pours of the heavy ones makes it easier to grab a lot of samples (and a great conversation starter if you’re on a date). They also have wine, cocktails and NA stuff that my pregnant wife was able to enjoy. The food is not your typical bar food. We got the tater tots, the artichoke flatbread, pizza, the bison burger bowl which was freakin’ amazing and these spicy brisket sliders on pretzel buns that were fantastic. Nothing was overpowering, the flavors were nice. It’s comfort food but well done. I need to try the wings next time but I’m confident they would be properly done. As a random bonus we met the owners and they were just really good people who made sure to stop by and check in with us. 10/10 will come here again, worth a stop if you’re in the area or even making a trip in this direction.“
“Attaboy Beer is a DOG FRIENDLY microbrewery that is made up of a garage and beer garden. I recommend coming here if you are into experimentation styles--they enjoy playing around with mixed fermentation and barrel aging. They sell beer and chips. You are welcome to bring your own food to the brewery, however, they do host a food truck every day. Please note that they do have two locations--this page is for the Attaboy Beer spot and not the Barrel House (event and mixing spot).“

“Straight to the point, these tacos were STUFFED. I really appreciated how much meat came in each taco, only thing is that the different meats didn't really taste too different from each other. Other than that the staff was great and welcoming. Plus, the restaurant itself was clean and had lots of seating. I actually liked the fact that they leave all the topping at a side bar for you to add yourself.“
“Would definitely recommend this place. The young man that took our order was courteous, polite and patient despite being busy. I should of asked for his name, This was just now, if you are the employee reading this review… Kudos! Great customer service!“

“We had a large party, as our family and friends hadn't seen one another in a long time. Alani was our server, and she was very attentive, personable, and friendly! When she saw one of us trying to take a selfie of everyone at our table, she asked if we'd like her to take some pictures of us. We were very pleased with her service, and the food was great!“
“I was accidentally given the wrong order and realized when I got home. The manager/owner was quickly responsive and said I could come back to get the correct order and an additional free treat for the inconvenience. The staff was friendly when I returned for the correct order. Mistakes happen. I appreciate the excellent customer service in correcting my order.“

“This place has been one of our greatest experience since arriving here from Texas. Kevin is a great waiter but then you have the manager, Mike, telling Kevin in front of us to not be so sociable. I do not know who owns Middleton Tavern but time to reconsider your managers. Kevin you did no wrong it was great having you make us feel welcomed in this part of the US. I am retired law enforcement and military veteran. Thank you sir.“
