This is definitely my go to spot for the most part in Glen Burnie/Millersville area. The bartenders are all amazing Not only do they make Great drinks they all have amazing character and they’re all polite and professional and fun. They also sell food which is also amazing. It’s connected to the pizza spot next-door so the pizza is amazing. The honey old Bay wings are amazing. The crab dip is great.As well. There’s always a nice mixed crowd, age wise and There’s never any drama, which is a plus. I’ve been a few times when they had a DJ, they predominantly play like Afro Caribbean music and old-school hip-hop/R&B, which is a plus And I have been on Tuesday nights I think they do trivia then not really my thing but it gets pretty crowded so if you’re into that seems to be a good turn out. Basically if you go here you’ll have a great time, good drinks, and some good food in my humble opinion can’t go wrong with that

I rented this place for a surprise party and when I tell you they didn’t disappoint, I mean they were EXCEPTIONAL! Vero kept in constant contact with me from beginning to end. She made me feel like a family member with her kindness. Even her daughter came in on the day of the party and helped set up the slide show! Jimmy worked so hard to make it perfect and it was also his birthday!! Our bartenders, Angel and Tiffany were phenomenal, not just with drinks but personality too! Angel even came in early to help us set up! The staff at On The Rocks made it so easy that everyone, myself included was able to relax and enjoy the night. Oh and did I mention the food?! Delicious!!! HUGE thank you to everyone at On The Rocks. I highly recommend using them for private events and plan to make this my new “go to” spot for unwinding with good food, good drinks and great vibes!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting a local bar where I had the chance to meet Tiffany, the bartender. I have to say, she is truly exceptional at her job. From the moment I sat down at the bar, she was warm, friendly, and engaging, making me feel welcome and comfortable in the otherwise unfamiliar setting.Throughout the evening, Tiffany continued to impress me with her professionalism, knowledge of the drinks she was serving, and her ability to multitask while managing a crowded bar. She was always attentive, frequently checking in to make sure that I had everything I needed while still keeping up with the demands of the other patrons.What really set Tiffany apart, however, was her willingness to go above and beyond just serving drinks. She offered insightful suggestions for drink pairings and even shared some fun facts about the origin of some of the drinks on the menu. It was clear that she was passionate about her work and was genuinely committed to providing an exceptional experience for each and every person at the bar.Overall, I can confidently say that Tiffany made my evening at the bar one to remember. She is an outstanding bartender who truly knows how to make her customers feel valued and appreciated. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great night out and cannot wait to visit her again soon!

And it was ladies night!Fresh made ($5) watermelon margarita and a cheesesteak with fries served up piping hot!Also, it's karaoke night.Not a bad way to end my night.Come check this place out! It gives off a great vibe.
