I have been coming to this subway for over 10 years. I commend it on its cleanliness and accessibility. However, over the past 3-4 months there are some new female employees working that are extremely rude. I shrugged it off the first few times because this is my favorite subway, however it has come to a breaking point. The two women working repeatedly made mean faces at me the moment I walked-in. The young boy often does not know how to use the register or correctly ring up sandwiches. Today, I had a coupon and used my app. I also had a free cookie on my subway app. I am totally fine with the fact that I cannot use both at the same time but the woman was not clarifying that. When I told her to take the please just take the cookie off, the other woman working came over and told me “not to speak to her like that.” Which confused me because all I did was ask to take the cookie off so the coupon would work. She then tried to charge me full price for my sub and claimed “she never saw my coupon.” Although it was resolved, this is third or fourth time the two women have been rude and incorrectly rang up my bill. I am really saddened by this because I have loved this subway for years and it has always had great customer service. These women make me feel extremely uncomfortable and from this point I do not want to return to this subway. I also do not plan on recommending friends, co-workers or family to this location for the time being.

Very rude service. Waited to start my order , while one guy was just chatting on the phone. There was only two guys working there, but the one not on the phone was inattentive and rude and kept getting the order wrong even though it was a simple order. Just put ingredients on the sandwich without asking which kinds. Stopped taking my order to take someone else's. Would not recommend this location and I've never had a problem with a business

I am a customer buy subway sandwich quite often. However, the servers at Subway Shop (Address: 9136 Rothbury Dr Space 14, Gaithersburg, MD 20886) keep talking loudly and laughing with fellow servers over the food they are serving to customers. Potentially spit droplets going in to food. this happens each time when a particular server is there (a Spanish young lady). I complained to the person who said she is a manager but nothing happened. So either I stop going to Subway Shop or complain to MD hygiene department.

disgusting worst subway i've ever had made me sick enough to throw it all up all vegetables tasted a couple days old. there were 3 women working when i came in around 2:30pm friday february 3rd she was rude rolling her eyes any chance she could and refused to put extra sauce even tho i said i could pay for extra she argued for no reason like she's the one paying so yeah dirtiest and worst service wish i could give this 0stars it was also dead no other customers so it's not like she had a rush behinf her she just was rude the other 2 ladies were nice tho .just go somewhere else or a different subway or maybe you'll get lucky on a day they finally cut new ingredients

I worked for this place. It was super dirty in the back of the store. Reused old meat/veggies to save costs. I had customers throw away sandwiches due to spoiled meat. They also treated their workers terribly. The owners son worked for the store and he was a brat. He would eat cookies behind the counter and then taunt you to take one , stating you would be fired if you did. His parents, the owners allowed him to get away with anything. These owners only cared about money and themselves. DO NOT GO HERE. You will inevitably get sick if they do not change their work environment
