this is the WORST domino's I've ever received service from by far. I ordered my pizza well over an hour ago and I still don't have it. When I called and asked about it they said they "forgot about it" and wouldn't be sending me a new one. They didn't even reimburse me for a coupon or free pizza. They simply forgot to make my pizza and refused to make it, even though I was charged for it. NEVER come to this dominoes run by morons.

Once again missing items from a takeout order. Food sub par, because even paying extra for cheese or toppings it's always the minimal. And the advertised specials always cost more than listed. Always give them another chance but it's ridiculous with the better options in the area.

I order an embarrassing amount of dominoes. Being new to the area, I decided to try this location. I must say, this was the most disappointing Dominoes I’ve ever tried. My pizza tasted off, like maybe don’t eat it off and the cheesy breadsticks also tasted pretty bad. Not sure what happened, but I won’t be ordering from this location again.

Scammed my grandmother! They won't apply coupons over the phone, buyer beware! My grandmother placed an order using their standard mix and match deal over the phone, and the employee never applied it to the receipt. After noticing this and calling to get it sorted, they refused to apply it to the order.

Taking advantage of an old lady, horrible service to a long time customer. For years, my grandmother has called (she is old and cannot navigate the online website or app) and asked for the mix and match deal on her order for two pizzas for $6.99 each. Which with delivery and after taxes comes to $19.81 and always tips the drivers seven dollars, a 35% tip!My grandmother (who is in her 80s) called me today to ask about her most recent order, wondering why it cost her nearly $40 for two medium two topping pizzas. After following up with the store, I was told it was because she did not ask for the coupon to be applied. Now, it is her word against theirs, but she has been making this same order consistently for years, so I doubt she didn't ask. It's a coupon that Domino's runs literally every day, you'd have to be out of your mind not to use it. She literally tailors her order to fit the terms of this daily coupon, so I have a hard time believing that she did not want it applied.I was told that they would not apply it to this order because it would be "too much work" and for her to ask for the coupon to be applied the next time. However, she had asked for it to be applied this time, so I have no faith that they won't take advantage of her again.Terrible customer service and scummy behavior.

The customer service representative was unable to accommodate me based on my 10 minute delivery range to my residential address. I’ve worked food service at various restaurants for 13 years and have never been hung up on 4 times. The policy states that they cannot deliver to a non residential address, and will not deliver to a nearby business. It’s a low paying, low end job, and I am very privy to the torment food service workers go through. That being said, I have encountered so very few men that have been as disrespectful and petty as this assistant manager was. He was certainly following a horrible policy, but his professionalism and ability to accommodate paying, good tipping customers is baffling. He failed to provide his name, he couldn’t make an exception to get us a pizza when they were open. He played by the rules, but honestly this guy was kind of a wuss. It’s more opinion here, but he got off by denying us and hanging up on us for times. Policy is policy, and he stood by that. Good for him. No need to be a condescending, rude, feminine, unapologetic, and vindictive representative well within his legal rights. I get it, food service sucks and rules are rules. Bottom line is I bussed, I’ve been a cashier at pizza shop, I’ve been on the pizza line, I’ve bar tended, I’ve dishwashed, I’ve hosted, I’ve served, I’ve done everything but manage and line cook on a legitimate restaurant. I feel compelled to right this negative review for the assistant manager on shift got such a rise of hanging up on us for times. “Have a good night”

Had pizza delivered from Domino’s in Mount Airy Md delivered this evening. After trying to flag the driver down, evidently he didn’t see me.Ended up taking the pizza back to the store for a refund and total lack of respect from the “manager” and the other staff. The manager refused to give the name of the owner and said to call corporate. He said to look it up.Disappointed in the pizza but severely disappointed in the lack of customer service and the laughing of the crew ss we left the store.

Don't place an order over the phone if Kyle is taking the order. Didn't your mama raise you better than to steal debit card numbers??

Just ordered a pasta bowl for dinner tonight. It's undercooked and the employee stopped their 2 minute timer well before they even had my order in their hands ready to give it to me. This is not the first time this has happened. Would give zero stars if possible. Go somewhere better that actually cares about their customers.

Absolutely delicious! PERFECTION! The crust has the perfect crunch! And the price ($8.47 large carry out) is unbeatable.

Update to below: I stand by most of my statements, but I also now understand a little more of the inner workings, and so while I was unhappy about the response, I got, I can understand why they might not have been privy to that information or might have misunderstood it. This is the reason I commend the management. Not only are they going to help make sure their employees understood but myself as well as a customer and I feel that part is vital to the success of any business. My star recommendation has thus changed to a 5 star.I give a three star not because they aren’t in someways deserving of a five-star. It’s because also unfortunately in someways, they are deserving of a one star. Foods great, always well-made and very willing to do special orders. Management is on top of it if you have a problem, they’re there to help you. The issue comes in of the people not managers. They are not either doing what they are taught or are lacking in training. I know the manager very well through many years of being a customer, so I don’t think that’s where the breakdown is. But there’s a breakdown somewhere.Repeatedly, you will be told information by the person on the phone that is incorrect. Even if you speak with corporate and the local management, once those people become the go-between, the manager and corporate are wrong. That is where the failing comes In. When I go to handle this tomorrow I know it’ll be rectified for a while. They will do something to rectify the situation, but at that point, I’ve already gone somewhere else the evening before. And the more I have to do that with the company, the less inclined I am to keep having to deal with it by choosing them.Tonight‘s issue, which is one I’ve actually had in the past, is where I was told that no points towards Free Pizzas can be done through the store. It is online only! Yet I have been informed by corporate and the store manager that this is categorically incorrect. But this evening, when I called, the young man answering the phone confirmed several times that it was online only and the store had nothing to do with it. I asked him if the manager was wrong when he told me the opposite and he was confident in saying “Yes!”.While I trust the managers and know that they were telling the truth, the problem comes in that that was part of the deciding factor, is that I wanted to use points and at the very least earn points. So I ordered pizza from a different chain that was aware that their online stuff and their stores are linked to some degree. I understand they cannot change my password and possibly not even honor coupons online. But they can definitely honor their point system. With all of that said, the point I making here is, most of the time you’ll be fine and end up with great food. But just be prepared that whatever issue you suddenly have, it’s better to just go to a different spot and call back when the manager is available. They will rectify the situation and ensure you are happy to give them another try.
