I haven't had a bad experience here yet and definitely deserve praise for their food. Pizza here is better than most Italian restaurants. Their margaritas taste so well balanced and honestly one of the best I've had.

Love their all-day breakfast! Had the Eggs Benedict Chesapeake (with crab cakes) and my husband had their incredible chicken pot pie that has a delicious crust on the top. Service is always good and the atmosphere has a warm and cozy feel. Plenty of parking.

This place is great! When we first came to the area (sort of - we are in Cooksville) 2.5 years ago this was one of the first restaurants we went to. We sat outside and had a few quick appetizers and a couple beers and had a great time, albeit our visit was short because we didn't have a lot of time that day. Today we finally came back and sat inside at the bar. Charles was behind the bar and was super friendly. He has the BEST energy and made us feel totally welcome and comfortable. We had breakfast (French toast for my husband and a breakfast burrito for me) and both were amazing as was our coffee, Bloody Mary and mimosa. The place was busy for a random Tuesday morning but Charles was perfect in keeping us happy and chatting with us. The whole restaurant just had a very happy/homey/content vibe. Everything was great - ambiance, food, drinks and definitely Charles. We will be back again soon!

I love this place seated 6 people right way. Also the food was out pretty quick too. More importantly it just a down to earth place to spot into.

The Mt. Airy Inn is a bona fide local favorite and one helluva good restaurant!Becoming a semi-regular and have NEVER been disappointed. The food is excellent. Brick oven pizza is probably the most popular, but the entrees, starters, and handhelds are also terrific. But perhaps surprisingly, the breakfast is out-of-this-world fabulous. It's not downtown and frilly, but it is standard farmer's fare, it's served all day, and it is BETTER than The Breakfast Shoppe or any other MD joint you can name - and i've been to them ALL (yes, ALL)! The beer selection is mostly local, pouring craft brews from Frederick to Baltimore. What's perhaps most impressive is the KITCHEN CONSISTENCY. This is an almost impossible feat, of any caliber of restaurant or price point, but these good peeps pull it off. Can't say enough about this. It's a heck of an accomplishment. The servers are local kids and folks, and it shows. They represent Mt. Airy well - taking great pride in a beloved, historic small town. The ambiance is cozy and homey, and there's even a fireplace. They can even accommodate private parties in the upper, secluded dining room.DO. NOT. SKIP if you're passing through or en route to Frederick, Westminster, Sykesville, Ellicott City, etc. You owe it to yourself. A true go-to for great down-home food and service.
