I haven't had Papa Johns in a while but I noticed this location was right by my nail salon, so decided to grab dinner for the family after my appointment earlier this week and had a great experience. You can get a pizza from anywhere but finding great customer service nowadays is difficult. The gentleman I worked with was a pleasure, he was so kind and really left an impression! Thanks again! We will certainly be back!

I barely comment on Google and never have commented on a popular chain. Yet, I want to say this Mt.Airy papa John's location is GREAT. It is almost always the same people working and they all work hard and are exceedingly professional. It comes out in the food, we go weekly and it's delicious & fresh everytime. We are food snobs so that's really saying something! We were out of the area a few weeks ago and got an order from a different maryland location and it was horrible. This goes to show the level of care going into this location. It is also always spotless and ready early most of the time. Thanks for the hard work and care.

Boght a BOGO card as a fundraiser. Solid pizza‼️ Not overly fond of the "call center" approach and up selling when ordering by phone... BUT I like the pizza and bread sticks‼️

This Papa Johns is usally a good place to get pizza in Mt. Airy but not tonight. Worse pizza I have ever gotten there. The crust was so overdone that you couldn't even eat it. Everyone has a bad day, I understand that, was just really disappointed.

Too bad there isnt a zero. I called for delivery and the pizza never came. Called the store and it had been sitting there because they had no drivers working. Unacceptable. Don't take the order to begin with or call and let her customer know.
