This has been my favorite starbucks for years, it has always been spacious, warm atmosphere and friendly people. Today it was not that busy, there were about 8 young people working, they werent rude but definitely were not friendly at all. I was served a room temperature coffee and the counters and floors were filthy, trash everywhere and the trash cans were overflowing. For a Starbucks, i feel like the baseline should be keeping the store clean, smiling and having a friendly warm greeting. None of these were my wife and my experience today. We’ve been here 40 minutes and still no one has cleaned anything and trash is still overflowing.. and its not that busy. And no soap in the bathroom. Maybe ill go to 7-11 next time. They are cleaner and friendlier

Super friendly ans quick. They were out of peppermint syrup and cranberry bliss bars but hey...Tis the Season! The sugar cookie as one pump in my triple grande coffee was perfect. The trash was hard to find (holes behind the line-hidden in the coffee bar area). Overall, a cute and spacious space with clean bathrooms.

Just what the sleepy, grouchy girlfriend ordered! lol But, really. The drive-thru service was incredibly friendly! And, fast! Both of our drinks were absolutely delicious and well worth spending the little bit of extra money for the significantly better quality flavors!Dietary restrictions: Lactose intolerant friendly!

Oh Mah Goh !!! this the best Starbucks I ever been to . Come all the way from Vietnam to America and the first thing I do is come to Starbuck and there was a amazing coffee -maker name April she was so nice and helping choosing my best Drink ever - I think it call Hot Chocolata it was the best drink I ever have it did burn my lips because it was so hot but it so good I can’t stop drinking it . BEST STARBUCKS PLACE EVER !!!!! and the drink was so GYATTTTTTT DANG GOOOODDDDD!!!! Thank you so much April for the amazing drink u really show me how American drink was !!!

What a wonderful find ? Absolutely amazing, friendly staff. Beautiful, Cody interior, nice and shady (although tiny) outdoor seating.The only thing I found weird is they don’t have a self help counter where you would normally get your sugar, add milk etc. I suspect this is mostly a drive-through place, which is a shame because this spot is perfect for reading and just chilling with your friends.

Mt. Airy Maryland Starbucks is hands down the best I've ever been to. (12:00 PM Sunday July 9th)Greeted warmly, food was fresh and hot, drinks were better than any other location I've been to.I travel a lot, and this one location made a difference.Starbucks? Who cares. But, if you like em', and are in that area, give them a shot. Didn't waste my time, and I have high confidence it won't yours.
