Had it for the first time and it wasn't bad. When we got there there was no one at the counter so we had to wait a bit for the person to come back and take our order. The soft serve itself wasn't bad but the matcha flavor was really strong but the mix made it better. The environment was really nice and lots of seating was available.

Came across this place since it was super close to my hotel during a business trip. Gotta have my matcha fix while I'm away from home! There's a kiosk you can order on. I ordered the matcha red bean towel cake and the Dream of Sakura, which is a sakura raindrop cake. The matcha red bean towel cake is essentially a rolled, wrapped up crepe cake with some whipped cream and red bean inside, topped with matcha powder. The matcha powder overpowered the cake and unfortunately I found it to be pretty bitter, but I still enjoyed it. The Dream of Sakura is a raindrop cake which is agar jelly encasing some sakura flowers. It's topped with some toasted soybean powder. Honestly it wasn't impressive, it's just pretty to look at. The flavor was tasteless, it's just a lightly sweet agar jelly and the brown sugar syrup overpowering it. At least I can say I finally got to try a raindrop cake though! I have to return in the area again sometime for work so I'll give it another go, the soft serve and drinks looked delicious.

This is in the food court and drink is okay. If you think Starbucks makes the best match latte in the world, this is must go places. You will love their drinks. But you have enjoyed better matcha somewhere else. Than this place is kinda "okay" . Service is good. Ambiance? I mean this in the food court might be good for teenagers

I really wanted to like it but it was a bit rich for me I love matcha but I'm used to having it with oat milk or soy milk and I know all the desserts are mainly made w milk so they're just super rich but I'm sure it's good for other people! I'm not the biggest fan of the intensive milk flavor that comes through - but cool place! It's located in the block at pike and rose!

I normally don't visit this location - just happened to be in the area. Someone with me wanted ice cream. They served flavors of Milk, Matcha or Mixed (both). The other person with me got Milk (think vanilla) and they ate it quick.I opted for mixed (Milk and Matcha in a swirl) and wanted two toppings: Sprinkles and Oreo Crumbs. Wanted it on a cone but was informed that since I was getting toppings, I could only get it in a cup. No worries. I enjoyed it.Giving them 3.5 stars.Reason for the 1/2-star deduction is that days later, I realized I did not get one of my toppings (saw other pics). I'm thinking maybe it was an off day for the person working - maybe they need to smile.

The vibrant taste of passionfruit was present but beautifully balanced, ensuring it didn't overshadow the delicate flavors of the cake. The texture was impeccable, making every bite a delight. Additionally, the ambiance of the food hall is nothing short of spectacular, providing an IG-worthy backdrop for your culinary delights. Cute little matcha place in an indoor food court. The matcha swirl soft serve was delicious, and we easily split it between 3 people. You order on a large screen and it came out super fast.
