Nando's Peri-Peri is often a safe choice for flavorful fast food. During this visit at this location, they were out of many of their chicken options due to a supply issue. And then, when ordering the boneless chicken breast, we were brought one that was cut in half. This was unexpected. When I inquired about it, the other half of the boneless chicken breast was brought to the table.The macaroni and cheese is not recommended. The noodles were over cooked and the cheese had no flavor. It tasted like soggy butter noodles at best.The sweet potatoe side was full of flavor, complementary textures, and nutrients profile. Highly recommended.We also ordered the peri peri peas, but she omitted them from the order. We did not receive them or enjoy them on this visit.The seasoned French fries are always a good and safe choice.

I went to this location round 945pm for some chicken. I know they close at 10 but that doesn’t excuse the behavior of the cook. After the manager took my order graciously, the cook came out with the three thighs I ordered and threw them on the grill then proceeded to throw the tongs and box onto the floor out of anger that he was almost done cleaning the grill. This was crazy as to me as he worked in the food industry for years. Customer service is everything. To top it off, going back to let the manager know of what i saw, he didn’t handle the situation well telling my brother that he wasn’t the original customer therefore he didn’t have to attend to his feedback or complaint. I had returned the food since I couldn’t trust whether he used the same tongs that dropped on the floor to flip the chicken as I went to the bathroom while he was making the food. You never know what people are going through so customers should get decency of a service no matter what time they show up at an establishment.

The food was okay, portions are very small for what youre paying and the place was quite messy. My friend and I took quite a while finding a good place to sit due to the messy tables. The booth i sat at had a sticky residue on it and it got on my hands. Very unpleasant. Staff was very nice though and once again, the food was good. Not great, but i wouldn't mind going back...... But maybe just for take-out next time.

I've been going to different Nando's for decades. The first one I went to was in the U.K. back in 2005. This Nando's is the first and only one that I've been to that has had abysmal service. First, the hostess wasn't doing her job and while we were ordering food, a family took our table since she wasn't around to seat them. They then apologized for the problem - fine, things happen. If this was the only issue, I wouldn't be writing this review.I ordered a chicken sandwich with double the meat. What was delivered was a normal chicken breast cut between two halves - this is the same as a normal order. I then asked about it, showed it to the hostess who had been walking by and she looked at it and went to the kitchen. She then came back and said they want me to walk up to the kitchen. All this time my food is getting cold. So I go up there and I get another shrug from the woman who prepared the food. Then what I believe is the manager comes and says that it is a double order and they can cut the chicken in half and stack it. Seriously? This isn't my first time ordering this meal, and I'm well aware of the portion sizes. At this point, I just gave up since it was obvious this was too much for them to be bothered with. I really wish I had taken a picture of my order, but I was so aggravated by the lackadaisical treatment and the fact that my food was lukewarm by this point that I didn't even think of it till later.I suggest you go to any other Nando's in the area as this place will only lead to aggravation if you have the same staff as we did on a Sunday. I'm sure there will be a reply to this review stating that they are "sorry", but if they really were sorry, they would've fixed the issue when it happened and not after a review was posted.
Look this is Nandos. It's gonna be great! Their chicken is juicy, their fries are crispy and they have the best sauces around! This location can be a bit slow or not communicate the orders being done.

In the afternoon, I found myself needing a quick snack before my next appointment. I happen to be next to Nando's so I stopped in after shopping at REI next door. After ordering at the cashier, I waited on a cushioned bench in front of the pickup window. While I waited, a few employees stopped by to greet and acknowledge me, and I admired the modern decor inside the restaurant. The order took about 8 minutes to complete. I ordered a chicken breast sandwich which was good; it tasted both straightforward and healthy.
