“I absolutely love this starbucks! The staff was so kind. I ordered a latte but when it came out it was hot and i thought i ordered it iced. I asked them and they said i did order it hot but they would remake it. i insisted they didn’t because it was my mistake but they told me it was no big deal and made another with a big smile. the world needs more of this kindness!“
“My brown sugar shaken espresso was a little sweeter than usual (not ideal) and they offered no sandwiches/wraps due to a broken machine (also not ideal). The barista was working solo and was giving her all to make sure the very large crowd of people got their drinks quickly. I wish I caught her name, she was great! I hope they hire more workers to help take some of the work off of her shoulders.“
“Before I grab my items from Harris Teeters I make my way upstairs to get a cup of something. Dion, who seems to be barist-ing each time I visit always serves up a venti amount of friendly service. When he's not preparing orders he's tidying up the area. Although an in-store SB, you can get just about anything you like drink, food & snack wise...the non-drinks inventory varies. Unfortunately, you can't order ahead for mobile pick up, yet can still earn rewards by paying with your app.“
“I love the aesthetic at this Starbucks. It feels so contemporary and zen compared to others. Plenty of seating and great place to study or work. It doesn't really give Starbucks feels. When I went in, there was no wait. Chris and kyana helped me out. They are the sweetest and super friendly. They recommended me what to get. I got the Potato cheddar & chive bake. If you need a little snack, this is perfect. They are new item and vegetarian. Not that much cheese if you're lactose intolerant. I would definitely come back.“
