“Great customer service tonight at Porthouse Crabcakes & Creamery. It was our anniversary and we were wanting ice cream. We walked up at 6:30 and realized they closed at 4. The owner, Kelly, was leaving as we were walking away. He asked if we wanted ice cream and re-opened the store just for us! We didn’t reaize they make their own ice cream - it was delicious, highly recommend.“

“The food has always been excellent, when we have gone there. Ok, tbh it was OK a few times. THE SERVICE is a whole different story. We have been going 1-2 times a month for years. We keep choosing Sissy as our server. God bless her, she works so hard, but doggone is she's ornery. OK, I am joking. Sissy and the staff always make us feel at home. We Love you Sissy!“

“What a wonderful restaurant! We were visiting the area so didn't have the level of familiarity with the staff that other customers did (it's kind of like family; servers knew the drinks folks would want as they were seating them), but we received excellent service nonetheless. The food was served quickly, was hot, and - most importantly - was absolutely delicious. There are numerous dessert choices, all worth trying. We loved it enough to return the next day!“
