Franks Pizza, I love yall, and I have ordered from you many times before, but so far, the past two times, my order has been messed up. I asked for no onions because I couldn't have them and somehow ended up with them. I asked for no sauce one time again because I couldn't have the sauce and had it on there. I enjoy your food it's great, but please read orders back to people and make sure it's correct before submitting it to the chef ??

This was my first visit at Franks Pizza. I work in the same area and I get 1/2 hr for lunch so I decided to try it. It is within walking distance and it's a nice day so I figured I would treat myself. I went in and ordered a cheese burger. I paid for the burger and a healthy tip. When I got back to work I was extremely disappointed. The menu said the burger comes with lettuce, tomato and onions. The last asked what I wanted on it and I assumed she meant condiments. I told her mustard and ketchup and to fry the onions. The burger I got was small and greasy and the only toppings was ketchup and onions. The burger was so greasy I couldn't pick it up. The burger slid right out of the gigantic roll and landed on my desk. Needless to say I was not happy. The lady never asked if I wanted fries so I assumed maybe it may have been served with chips, but that would be asking too much. The burger was under cooked and had a funny taste to it. Later I ended up in the bathroom for the rest of the day. I would not recommend this place for a burger.

Seriously, ordered two large pies (called them in) thinking "well large is large" only to find out that at Franks large now means MEDUIM. Well I thought it was a mistake, only to learn that Frank's no longer has a "medium" pie. Its small, large, exlarge and 2xexlarge. After being a Franks customer for many years (pre and post fire) we will NEVER be back. Oh yeah, the pizza had NO flavor, $40.97 wasted.

Their hoagie was on par with Rofo. This was the most sparse ham sub I've ever seen in my life. ONE layer of ham. An Italian has 3 kinds of cold cuts, so a ham would have... 1/3 of that? I know times are tough but dayum Franks... you've been here for decades. You know better. I'm so disappointed.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Frank's Pizza located at 105 NE Plaza, North East, MD 21901, and I must say that I was extremely impressed with the overall experience.During my trip to Washington DC with my brother Mike, we decided to stop by Frank's Pizza on our way back to NYC. We were joined by our friend Duane, who suggested this place for its convenient location right off I-95.As soon as we entered Frank's Pizza, we were greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The smell of freshly baked dough and melted cheese filled the air, instantly making our mouths water. The place had a cozy, family-friendly vibe, making it the perfect spot for a relaxed lunch. We placed our orders, with Duane going for two cheese slices, Mike opting for a Philly cheesesteak on a hero, and myself choosing a cheesesteak sandwich on a hero with a side of crispy french fries. Let me tell you, the portions were absolutely massive! Each bite was filled with an explosion of flavors. The cheese slices that Duane ordered were perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside, and gooey and cheesy on the inside. They were just the right amount of savory, satisfying our pizza cravings in the best possible way.Mike's Philly cheesesteak was a true delight. The tender, thinly sliced steak was seasoned to perfection and served on a soft, fresh hero roll. It was generously topped with perfectly melted cheese, sautéed onions, and peppers, creating a harmonious blend of flavors. The sandwich was packed with so much deliciousness, it was impossible to resist taking one bite after another. My cheesesteak sandwich was equally as amazing. The combination of the tender steak, melted cheese, and the soft, fresh hero roll was a winning combination. The flavors were well-balanced, and the meat was cooked just right. Paired with the crispy and golden french fries, it was a match made in culinary heaven. But it wasn't just the food that impressed us at Frank's Pizza. The service was exceptional. The woman who took our order was so kind and friendly, ensuring that we had everything we needed. The staff was attentive and efficient, creating a pleasant dining experience.Overall, our visit to Frank's Pizza was nothing short of outstanding. The delicious food, generous portions, and excellent service all contributed to a memorable dining experience. We left feeling satisfied and happy, already planning our next visit to this gem of a pizzeria. If you're ever in North East, Maryland, I highly recommend stopping by Frank's Pizza. You won't be disappointed!

Franks is very popular in the area.I've been going there since I moved down to Maryland. The staff is always helpful, the place is kept pretty clean (considering the volume of customers, I assume it's not easy to do) and I enjoy their food.My favorite item here is the cheezesteake sandwich (sub). I always get the same thing, which is saved in my customer profile and that saves time. I order it with onions, peppers, mushrooms, provolone and American cheese. The sandwich is huge, big enough for 3 meals!I have consistently gotten the same quality every time. Not greasy, good flavor and the right balance of everything. Rolls are just what I want for a cheesesteak!I have had their pizza and It's not bad at all either. It's nice to find a place that has slices as well. While I love their sandwiches, it's not my "go to" for pizza. They have a pretty extensive menu and it has always been a positive experience.I live close and I have never had to wait for my order for takeout. The kitchen area is clean and in view, it runs smooth and everyone is busy, happily working. You can always tell when you are in an establishment that treats their employees well.I definitely recommend the cheesesteak!
