Staff is very nice but …Ordered pizza. They messed up first time. Had to remake it. Guess what?… they messed up toppings on second pizza too LOL. I just don’t understand how it could be so difficult LOL it’s just not worth going back to complain about. Just won’t return.

We were looking for somewhere to get pizza after a kayaking trip. We called to make sure we would be able to dine in if we arrived around 9:30 pm. They said we don't close until 10 pm so yes you can dine in. So we ordered our food over the phone so it would be ready when we arrived. The food was great! The restaurant and the bathroom were very clean. The staff was helpful and courteous. We weren't rushed and were told to take our time and enjoy our food. Honestly, this kind of service and experience doesn't happen very often at most places. Thank you and great job Joseph Biggs Hwy, North East, MD Pizza Hut!
