I have one issue with this papa John’s. The workers do not wear hair nets. All of the workers’ hair are let down and this is not hygienic at all. Pizza is okay but lots of people probably ate lot of hair strands in their pizza already. Not right!

One of my favorite goto Papa John locations. Staff was quick and friendly. Location is very convenient and plenty of parking. I ordered "The Works" pizza and it was delicious!

Definitely stick to ordering pizza b/c the wings are terrible. Small cornish hen wings and only 6 in an order; never ordering again. At least the pizza was decent.

DO NOT order from the Darnestown location at lunch time, especially if you're ordering for a business lunch and you have a limited window to eat. Delivery takes 45+ minutes longer than is displayed on the website when ordering. Food is fine, just comes late.

I ordered online and received incomplete order. Called Papa John to inform them about the missing item. They called me back and said that they will send the missing item and its ok for me the wait. They called again and said to call door dash to resolve the issue. she put the phone down without giving me the chance to ask my questions.Really bad customer service and the tone of her voice and how she handled the conversation when I asked her name for my reference, I felt I was shutdown immediately. Even if she did it intentionally or not, kindness goes a long way and management should consider giving them basic training on customer service.I think , on Papa John’s website (since I placed my order there) user interface should be able to tell us that that order was placed/delivered thru door dash and provide us the info on how to contact them if there are issues with the order and not let us go thru the long process of going thru the Papa John’ chatbot, get the store info/number to call them and just to be told to contact doordash because its not their fault my order is missing.

Walked in on lunch break. Saw sign on window with lunchtime price for a small pizza with one topping. I ordered a small pizza with pepperoni.I noticed that I was charged full price. Since this is food I just kept quiet and simply won't be back.

So disappointing to spend money on a pizza that was terrible. Soggy, tasted like it had cheap disgusting cheese. It was the worst pizza I ever tried. I could only eat one slice of a xl pizza.and trow away the rest. I won't be buying from papa John's ever again.
Pizza is very bad horrible nasty it’s not like how other papa John’s is. They rush there food the last pizza I had I just threw it away there not using real ingredients this franchise is doing very bad and the employees are horrible they all have attitudes

This is the second time! I ordered through app, my credit card was charged and when I get there to pick up. They say they can not find my order. And simply say that the app does not work properly. The first time I had to dispute the charges with bank and I have not still been refunded after 2 months and here we are. It happened today again.
