A's all around! If you require and/or want a remarkable dining experience....go here! I am generally skeptical concerning eateries/dining experiences for various reasons. The Applebee's@WhiteMarsh, however, was truly a pleasant & refreshing experience! If you have: food restrictions and/ or allergies...Run here! They actually listen! Take notes and deliver scrumptious meals! I may be a 'tad' biases towards them, but with seasoning restrictions, like salt, the meal provider 'listening' can make a difference in the vehicle that you occupy upon exiting the establishment. The service is great considering they do have enough servers.. they make it work and no one is missed! Great job and keep up the great work!! Now the food is a hit or miss. Needs some improvement. They water down the drinks with ice at times.

Good and fast service . Ate the Fish and chips. Fish was great.3rd visit in 3 months, ate the steak dipper sandwich with sauce . It was good. Wish there was a larger version.. months later-Today is October 21 2022There are more than 20 empty tables and as many stools to sit on . It's a 30 min wait cause of no staff. They need to hire more .March 25th 2024 we ate the chicken quesidilla and steak dipper sandwich. We were seated quickly and dinner was served in 15 minutes. We'll done Applebee's

Dear Applebee’s Management,I recently dined at your establishment and wanted to share my feedback. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Here are the details:Service: The service was absolutely pathetic and slow. After being seated, no one came to check on us for about 10 minutes. This lack of attention left me frustrated. Server Interaction: When I finally asked for our server, a gentleman informed us that Kevin would be with us momentarily. However, after waiting for an additional 3 minutes, the same guy returned to take our order. This inconsistency was disheartening.Order: Due to my frustration, I decided to keep it simple. I ordered just a pint of lager and left. Overall, my experience was far from satisfactory. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work towards improving the service quality at your restaurant.

Food was very nondescript and even bad. Ribs, extremely dry and not edible. The ingredients in the quesadilla were skimpy and poorly arranged. Chicken tenders are extremely over breaded. Queso dip not very temperature hot.

My friends and I frequent this Applebee’s 1-2 times a month. Throughout our visits the food has been amazing, drinks taste good, and servers have been friendly. Trey has served us a few times and he has always gone above and beyond to make sure we get everything we need. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because every time we come for the seasonal drinks they never look as advertised. For the Valentine’s drinks they were out of the gummy. For the St. Patty’s drinks we had to ask for the gold sugar rim for our second round of drinks. The drinks taste delicious especially for their price, but should be served as advertised if the ingredients to make it are available. Another unbeatable deal is the half-off appetizers after 9pm. We will definitely be back when the next seasonal drink rolls out, and hopefully they will be served as photographed!
So disappointed. Dry cold chicken nachos with hardly any chicken, cold flat hard quesadillas. Weak drinks. At least my husband liked his chicken sandwich. The kids took a couple of bites and refused to eat more. It was so bad that we left everything there and refused to take it to go. A waste of money. Our waiter was nice. Good memory without having to write our order down. Decent service, bad food.
