Might be the worst burger I've ever had. Smash burger with a double patty had the taste and texture of a shoe that had already been chewn on by my dog.Gave a 1 star service review because there was a server there.Staff seemed unhappy.

The service was super slow. Waited for over an hour to get food and when we did, it was wrong. Got drinks while we waited for a Togo order and bartender was slow as well. Trying to contact them was like pulling teeth from a frog. On hold for over 30 minutes and no one answered. Will never get food from here again. Horrible service, especially when it was almost empty.

waiting for over an hour for a carry order. only to get home and have 80% of it wrong. called the store and was hung up on 3 times and then left on hold for 15 mins twice. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK

I ordered fries with my wings, I did not receive the fries. It’s the second time. The first time I was there I did not even receive the order and I was charged for it. I think these guys need to take food service seriously.

Great place to hang out with friends while game is on. Also with family have enough separate room. Every time game on great time to enjoy few beers, meal n game thank you BWW. ThanksVegetarian options: Really good veggie options. Stuff very helpful, always support givea recommendation. Very good place to hang out with friends. Family environment also good

We just moved here from out of state. And so we will drive a half hour to this location.It never fails that the to-go order is wrong, as well as having to have to wait an additional 10 to 15 minutes.

My review won’t provide any more info that previous reviews haven’t mentioned. The service was incredibly slow with one young lady acting as hostess, bartender, server, and busser. Took 45+ minutes for boneless wings, no refills on drinks, no napkins or utensils, forgot several appetizers. The restroom smelled worse than a NYC subway, with the floor texture consistent with a sticky moistness that I’ve never experienced before. I know what you want I know. We left a gratuity nonetheless because I feel that a lot of these issues are due to lack of staff at the restaurant.

I just placed an order for food delivery, and to my disappointment, I found only 10 pieces of French fries in the box. I'm really upset and won't be ordering from here again.
Hit or miss. Chicken fried so much it's dry. Tastes like left over chicken. Keep this up this business will go under. Many years ago the Ultimate Nacho dish was awesome now it tastes like blah. I believe BWW is a no more for me.

Dirty, waited 40 mins just to not get a table when the place was near empty, and we saw a rat outside the door. AND someone said “run while you can” when they passed us at the door. Never going again. Staff didn’t care about anything. We left and went somewhere else.

I have been to this location several times bc my husband likes wings, and it doesn’t matter if I go on weekdays and weekends, at different times of day, sitting at the bar or at a table, on a crowded night or the only customer in there, and the service is ALWAYS bad ? it doesn’t matter what combo I do, I always wait forever to get seated, forever to get my order taken, forever to get served. The food is fine, but it’s not worth the hassle.

Was there yesterday for happy hour and I am still flabbergasted that the woman behind the bar has a job. What a miserable human being. Headphone in ear and would barely grunt when we asked for something. When we were served - everything was wrong. Saw her get nasty with her manager as well. Miserable staff and low rent dining experience. Hopefully corporate gets involved and cleans (everything please) house!
